- Maintains an orderly and organized front office workspace.
- Other duties as assigned.
What experience do you need?
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Strong organizational detail and ability to multi task.
- Efficient time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
- Ability to handle heavy phone work and provide top-notch service.
- A strong level of comfort navigating a computer and ability learn new computer programs.

Job Title : Grinding Machinist I
Department : Manufacturing
Reports to : Production Manager
FLSA Status : Non-Exempt
Purpose
The Grinder Operator is responsible for setting up and editing offsets on a variety of surface and rotary grinders. Also responsible for observing operation of machine and ensuring accuracy of the final part per specifications.
Primary Responsibilities
- Set-up jobs on the machine, including; loading and securely fixture the work-pieces onto the work table, adjust program offsets and set limit switches.
- Positions and secures work-piece on magnetic chuck, in holding fixture, or directly to machine table
- Adjust limit switches in order to optimize the wheel life and machine cycle time.
- Understand and make adjustments to hold geometric dimensions and tolerances according to blueprints.
- Provide quality control by inspecting work-pieces as they go in or come off of the machine and remove any defective pieces.
- Use math, geometry, and trigonometry to complete job responsibilities.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting 2D blueprints
