Responsibilities :
- Perform monthly financial reporting task and be an integral part of the operations team
- Generate reports and monitor various data sets in a timely and accurate manner
- Gain experience reviewing product investment proposals
- Provide financial and operational support to product teams
- Working with the ops team to maintain oversight for operational set up of proposals in project planning systems
- Work with the team to prepare materials for product planning meetings
- Drive all reporting initiatives and analysis, as assigned
Required Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree with a focus in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or Mathematics
- Strong attention to detail and experience in research or analysis

Lease Administrator Responsibilities :
- Review annual true-up calculations related to tenant expense recoveries once prepared and submitted by Property Management teams.
- Update and maintain forms to be used in the drafting of legal documents
- Review and approve retroactive billings / adjustments to tenants based on new lease information, prepared by Property Management teams
- Schedule and participate in leasing meetings; take meeting notes and update internal trackers as needed
- Implement leasing and marketing programs including supervision of exclusive brokers on projects
Lease Administrator Qualifications :
- 2-3 years of related experience in the real estate industry
- Basic knowledge of commercial real estate leasing terms and financial principles.
- Excellent computer skills with proficiency in MRI Commercial Management Software, and Microsoft Office Applications.
