General Job Duties For All Store Team Members

  • During delivery of product, navigation of five or more flights of stairs may be required.

Stooping / Bending

  • Forward bending at the waist is necessary at the pizza assembly station.
  • Toe room is present, but workers are unable to flex their knees while standing at this station.

Project Manager and Designer (Entry-Level)

This individual will design, coordinate, and project manage the fire sprinkler and / or fire alarm systems for commercial, industrial, and residential buildings.

He or she will design and create the finished representation for the fire sprinkler and / or fire alarm systems using drawing and drafting skills and tools.

The drawings produced will be used as a guide by every other link in the chain of construction, both on-site and in the office.

This person will have responsibility for the initial planning of a project including scheduling of time, material procurement, analyzing changes, and solving problems.

Summary :

The person in this position will have an opportunity to work in a strategic leadership role on mining-related tasks. This person will provide expertise regarding mine operations to multidisciplinary project teams as well as assist in expanding our mine services involving both metal and non-metal mining.

This individual will also have the opportunity to assist with developing and implementing our marketing strategy.

Administrative responsibilities such as business development, project management, project planning and scheduling are also part of this strategic role.

This person will have the opportunity to serve as a mentor to junior and mid-level engineers, helping them develop their technical and project management skills by reviewing technical reports, providing guidance on analyses, and overseeing their financial and client management on projects.

The work may require short-term, out-of-town work assignments.

Minimum Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree in mining, geotechnical, geological, or civil engineering or related discipline

30 or more years of related experience

Demonstrated leadership skills in a collaborative team environment

Demonstrated project organization and management skills

Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively with project team members and clients

A flexible working style and the ability to work independently and with teams of specialists to meet client and project needs

Underground mine operations and / or development experience

Compensation

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $135,000 $160,000 / year. Compensation will vary based upon experience, education, skill level, and other compensable factors.
