We are looking for a friendly, outgoing Marketing Coordinator who is detail-oriented and can juggle tasks amidst constant interruption.
This individual will assist the Call Center Manager & CMO by pulling reports, entering data, taking calls and helping coordinate team events.
With Dabell's fast pace environment this is a critical role in supporting a team of over 100 employees.
Compensation : $16-$18 per hour
Job Responsibilities :
Set up tracking systems for online marketing activities
Track results of call center production and report results to payroll
Track progress with Marketing Managers and / or Marketing Specialists
Track monthly / daily bonuses for Call Center Dialers / Confirmers
Keep accurate records and documentation of Marketing production
Prepare reports by collecting and analyzing sales data
Monitor and adjusts time cards for the Marketing department
Qualifications :
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, email, email scheduling tools, internet, and internet-based applications
Excellent organizational and time management skills
High attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Ability to multi-task, work under pressure, and meet deadlines
Ability to interact with all levels of staff
Project a professional demeanor always
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
