Dal-Tile is currently seeking a Maintenance Technician V to join our TEAM! As the Maintenance Technician we need someone who can make adjustments to machines and equipment for proper operation.
Primary Objective
Performs complex mechanical duties and a variety of electrical trade functions in the installation, maintenance, repair and / or distribution of electrical energy.
Installs, maintains and replaces electronic programmable controllers in a manufacturing environment.
Major Function and Scope
CX programming.
Trouble shoot PLC’s (Programmable Logic Controller) using hand held device or laptop.
Design and redesign program and software (PLCs, operator panels, etc).
Format hard drives and install to the computers (Computer Setup) and PC application
Installs, maintains or repairs equipment for the generation, distribution or utilization of electrical energy in a manufacturing environment.
Locates and diagnosis trouble in electrical systems or equipment working from blue prints, drawings, layouts or other specifications.
Works standard computations related to load requirements of wiring and / or electrical equipment.
Knowledge of Serial port communication systems, VFD’s (Variable Frequency Drives) and process control instrumentation devices (thermocouples, pressure switches, etc).
Knowledge of Servomotors and drive units.
Knowledge of label machines and scanner programming (Data logic, Sick, etc)
Uses a variety of electrician’s tools including measuring and testing instruments.
Assist on conducting scheduled preventive maintenance procedures.
Informs supervisor of operational status of equipment and notifies of any problem areas. Follows standard operating and safety procedures.
Keeps work area safe, clean and organized.
Performs other related duties as required.
Experience and Knowledge Required
High school diploma or equivalent experience. Knowledge of electrical code. Journeyman electrical license preferred.
Associate degree in industrial electronics preferred.
5+ years industrial maintenance experience and 2 years industrial electrical experience. Formal PCL training preferred.
Basic computer knowledge (Microsoft Office)
Competencies
Ability to read blueprints. Ability to troubleshoot electrical systems and PLC’s. Ability to score 80% or better on the Industrial Maintenance exam.
Ability to read and understand procedures in English. Ability to test motors and electrical circuits using a voltmeter and amp meter.
In depth knowledge of LGV equipment and operation.

Apprentice electrician
Job Description
Pay is $22-24 / hour. Must have tools, including cordless impact. This is not a training position.
Responsibilities
- Measuring, cutting, and bending wire and conduit using measuring instruments and hand tools
- Maintaining tools, vehicles, and equipment and keeping parts and supplies in order
- Performing semiskilled and unskilled laboring duties related to the installation, maintenance, and repair of a wide variety of electrical systems and equipment
- Following state and local building regulations based on the National Electrical Code
- Must be able to efficiently bend pipe
Qualifications & Experience
- Active Oklahoma license
- Minimum two years of experience in commercial or industrial
- In-depth knowledge of building codes and laws
- Perform tests and use the results to diagnose problems for example, when an outlet is not working, using a multimeter to check the voltage, amperage, or resistance to resolve the appropriate course of action

Low Voltage Electrician - Lead
Ultimate LLC is looking to hire Low Voltage Electricians for commercial projects in the Tulsa, OK area. The pay range for a Low Voltage Electrician is $30 - $40 per hour based on experience.
The majority of our position’s hours range from 45 to 50 hours a week. Low Voltage Electrician applicants must have a personal vehicle and be prepared to work up to 40+ hours a week.
Ultimate LLC provides weekly pay for all low voltage electricians with no week in the hole.

18+ years of age
