Responsibilities include but are not limited to :
- Plan, create, optimize, and measure on-site and off-site programmatic media campaigns across Amazon DSP, Walmart DSP, Kroger / KPM PMP, Target / Roundel, TTD, and others.

- Demonstrable expertise across all aspects of programmatic retail media with the ability to plan and run DSP campaigns with little supervision.
- Skilled at planning and managing enterprise level client engagements and budgets.
- Experience with at least one or more tech providers such as Pacvue, Skai, Helium10, MerchantWords, Jungle Scout, Analytic Index, etc.
- Proven track record of flawless execution, driving growth, client retention, and exceeding various stakeholder expectations.
- Ability to engage with clients in, for example, campaign strategy setting discussions, weekly performance calls, campaign reviews, etc.

- Ability to write a campaign strategy document and a campaign review document.

Summary of Role :
As a Manager on the Commerce team, you will lead a team of analysts across a number of high-profile clients. Assistant Manager, Social Commerce
THE ROLE
In this role you will be responsible for :
Optimizing the User Journey :
- Developing and implementing a 360 strategy for growing social communities at our brands
- Launching selling channels on social media while advising and implementing best-in-class launch strategies to drive traffic and meet customer expectations of our brands
- Mapping user journeys across full funnel digital activations (media, social, e-commerce, etc.)

- Coordinating cross-functionally to lead projects that integrate Media, e-commerce and individual social channels for disruptive and bespoke digital activations
- Evaluating and testing new features as partner offerings evolve, with an eye towards scalability
- Acting as an internal and external advocate, working closely with cross-functional teams to drive programs forward
- Developing shopfronts on social media and affiliation models with micro-influencers, key opinion consumers (KOCs) and Field Teams
- Concept workstreams for evolved methods of working across fulfillment, operations, IT, data, brands and finance to include new methods of delivery and customer experience under social commerce
