OPPORTUNITY
The primary purpose of this position is to deliver Hydrite products to our customers. This position will uphold the Hydrite Standards of Excellence through continuous commitment to customer satisfaction, both internal and external.
As a Class A CDL Driver, primary responsibilities include :
- Inspect unit daily and report any needed repairs to the Transportation Supervisor.
- Make assigned deliveries driving a truck.
- Keep entire unit clean and in good working order.
- Deliver and pick up products and containers as assigned by the Transportation Supervisor.
- Review all shipping papers and verify that the load is correct and exactly as stated, including waste manifest and container labels.
This includes proper use of BOL’s, certificates of Analyses, and waste Manifests per SOP’s.
- Follow assigned delivery sequence. Report any deviation immediately.
- Follow all special instructions on the pick list, bill of lading, or receiving list.
- To be knowledgeable in and comply with all company work and safety rules, motor carrier safety regulations, state weight laws, and environmental regulations.
- Perform all duties outlined in relevant SOPs and all other duties to be assigned.
- All staff members are responsible for reporting food safety problems to their supervisor or the SQF Practitioner upon observation of a known or potential issue.
- Uphold Hydrite’s Standard of Excellence through a continuous commitment to maintain quality facilities and provide quality products and services to internal and external customers.
- Participate in RCRA, regulatory, health & safety and process training activities as required. Review changes / additions with your supervisor.
Must be RCRA compliant.
REPORTING STRUCTURE
This position reports to the Transportation Supervisor.
EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATIONAL CRITERIA
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Knowledge and understanding of applicable DOT regulations as well as required licenses and permits.
- Must possess a valid CDL with HN endorsements and current DOT physical certification.
- Must have an acceptable motor vehicle driving record.
- Ability to operate a forklift; previous experience preferred.
- Must be able to accurately transfer written and verbal information and enter data into existing computer system.
- Must have communication and interpersonal skills, along with the ability to read, write, and speak English.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities (*Essential Functions)
- Drive vehicles with the capacity to hold up to 14 passengers.

Job Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred.

No more than two at-fault accidents in the past three years.No conviction for driving while impaired (DWI) or driving under influence (DUI) within the last three years.
- The ability to complete in house Responsible Beverage program within three (3) months of hire.
- The ability to maintain discretion in handling confidential information.
- The ability to interact with guests and team members in a professional manner.
- The ability to work irregular hours and extended shifts including late nights, early mornings, weekends, and holidays.

What is a Store Driver?
Entry level store position capable of supporting delivery of parts to commercial customers. The role has the responsibility to deliver parts to our commercial customers and assist with task and inventory processes in the store.
This position can be part time or full time and must be fleet safety certified.
Primary Responsibilities
- Safely deliver parts to customers as needed
- Pick and stage parts for customer orders

RESPONSIBILITIES :
Work involves all shifts in company trucks, delivering orders to our customers and checking them for accuracy.
Responsible for following all DOT regulations, including pre-trip and post-trip inspections, properly maintaining your log book and / or e-logs, and reporting any deficiencies in your equipment.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS :
High school graduate or equivalent.
