The position consists of delivering and picking up various types of large construction equipment to and from customer jobsites in a safe and timely manner as directed by dispatch.
Additional responsibilities include instructing customers on the safe and proper operation of the equipment, maintaining customer relations through exceptional customer service, filling out paperwork and following all DOT regulations and requirements.
Anticipated Pay Range DOE : $24.85 -34.15
Required Skills and Experience
3+ years' experience as a Class A CDL License Driver with current tanker endorsement
Current medical card
Knowledge of DOT Regulations
Excellent verbal and written English communication abilities
Familiarity with construction / equipment industry preferred
Familiarity with city area layout and ability to utilize navigational tools
Physical exertion required. Including, but not limited to, walking, standing, stooping, bending and lifting up to 90 pounds
Frequent exposure to the elements
Responsibilities
Deliver and pickup equipment for customer job sites
Review rental contracts
Instruct customers on the safe and proper operation of equipment
Provide exceptional customer service
Maintain safe working environment
Able to work a rotating on-call weekend schedule

Job description
We are looking for safe, friendly Drivers to transport the local community to work, school, shopping, medical appointments, personal trips, and other destinations in the Chula Vista & El Cajon area.
Responsibilities
- Drive a transit bus and transport passengers safely, timely, and efficiently
- Greet passengers, accept fare payment, and maintain a safe environment

Job Summary
This job is in the Delivery family (Department), which includes positions the duties of which are to administer, supervise, or perform work involving the planning, directing, or operating of transportation equipment and service, including positions involving responsibility for driving, loading, and coordinating delivery. Job Function
- Responsible for operating commercial vehicles with a gross vehicle weight rating over 26,001 lbs. to deliver or pick up merchandise, materials, and equipment to assigned regional and / or local destination and / or customers in a timely fashion.
- May be responsible for driving (regularly or periodically) and performing other safety-affecting activities on motor vehicles weighing 10,000 pounds or less in transportation on public highways in interstate or foreign commerce, excluding passenger or hazardous materials transportation vehicles.
- Follows appropriate safety procedures for transporting goods including securement of cargo for transport (may include use of tarps).
- Safely maneuvers trucks into loading or unloading positions.
- Loads and unloads vehicles as required.
- Performs daily vehicle inspections (as defined by the FMCSA) to ensure that the trucks are roadworthy and that safety, and emergency equipment is in good working order.
- Records any inspection information or list of defects on the Daily Vehicle Inspection Report (DVIR) as required by the FMCSA.
- Uses an electronic logging device (ELD) to log daily activities as required by the FMCSA.
- Reports traffic incidents, including, traffic accidents and violations, or damage to the vehicles to supervisory staff.
- Reads bills of lading and manifests to determine assignment details.
- Checks all load-related documentation to ensure that it is complete and accurate and obtains receipts or signatures for delivered goods or collects payment for services when required.
- Responsible for adhering to safety processes and protocols.

Required Skills
- 0-5 years of relevant experience or any equivalent combination of education and experience that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities required.
- 2 years of commercial driving experience with relevant cargo preferred. High School diploma / GED preferred.
- Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) per assigned vehicle type required.
- Successful completion of a road test required.
- Ability to meet company insurability standards required.
- Ability to meet FMCSA drug and alcohol clearinghouse requirements.

Required Skills :

Noblis MSD is seeking an experienced forklift operator with experience in the processes and delivery of materials, including warehousing, parts movement, and the receipt of material within Navy Enterprise Resource Planning and CMPro to facilitate flow of material, parts, and assemblies within or between departments in accordance with production and shipping schedules or department supervisors' priorities.
Duties include :
- Input essential data on all materials handled into Navy ERP and CMPro database
- Research, match, and or request new Unique Material Master files to be built within Navy ERP to facilitate receipt of materials
- Conduct causative research to maintain data validity and inventory accuracy between warehouse physical locations and Navy ERP / CMPro
- Organize and maintain warehouse and inventory areas for efficient material storage and handling; maintain labeling system on each stock item;
manually stock inventory shelving with stock items received or returned
- Arrange for materials to meet production schedules, and for repair and assembly of material and the transportation to various departments
- Operate indoor and heavy outdoor forklifts, and other necessary vehicles and equipment to properly handle materials being received, issued, and stocked as needed
- Move material between awaiting inspection and staging areas of warehouse
- Understand and comply with company and department processes, policies, and procedures
