ROLE PURPOSE

To provide Guests and Team Members with clean and sanitized utensils, plateware, glassware and equipment.

  • Provide Guests and Team Members with clean and sanitized utensils, plateware, glassware and equipment according to Ecosure standards.
  • Ensure dishes and cookware are sanitized and available as needed.

Dishwashers are responsible for washing and sanitizing all food service utensils and miscellaneous items such as plates, silverware, glassware, pots, pans, etc.

Also responsible for assisting in maintaining the cleanliness of the back of house area. May have additional cleaning duties specific to the restaurant.
