RESPONSIBILITIES Oversee all aspects of identifying, collecting, measuring and interpreting data across all our digital marketing efforts to increase effectiveness, uncover business insights, influence audience behaviors and make better decisions.
You’ll understand multi-channel execution strategies and tactics, web analytics, cross channel attribution, conversion optimization, and personalization.
While you may love to nerd out on the data, you’ll also be able to translate that into easy-to-digest reports for clients and fellow team members, including bespoke dashboards that clearly visualize performance and recommendations.
We also expect you to lead by example. By that, we mean roll sleeves up, dig deep into the data firsthand, and build a strong team by leading and developing new talent.
Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to : Extract and organize data from multiple sources (campaign performance, social listening, competitive analysis) to derive actionable insights and optimize business outcomes Leverage visual analytics to build thoughtful presentations / reports to deliver clear and actionable strategy and performance insights Partner with internal teams across all functions to learn the most efficient and effective way to extract value from data and develop a storytelling approach grounded in client business reality and brand objectives Provide optimization recommendations to clients to support the most efficient and effective channels, partners, and tactics Identify gaps / requirements from a measurement standpoint and the best tools to meet the needs of our agency and clients Meet with internal account teams, creative team members and brand planning teams to accurately scope out projects and budgets.

Digital Content Marketing Manager
Our Garden Segment is hiring a Digital Content Marketing Manager to help facilitate the creation of customized content across branded and customer websites.
This role is responsible for ensuring our product content is optimized, accurate, and completed on time. The ideal candidate is detail oriented, communicates effectively, and can manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.
They will also conduct competitive research to identify ways in which we can provide added value to our consumers.
MEASURES OF SUCCESS
- Works with digital team leaders, brand teams, and customer marketing to set overarching content strategy for garden brands on branded and retailer sites
- Build out product detail page content recommendations for retailer and / or branded sites (e.g., rich, A+, and / or enhanced content, alt images, copy, video) at the item level, including image direction and writing copy
- Work with project stakeholders to develop scope of work for each project, including all project details, deliverables, and timelines, and manage project from beginning to end
- Ensure product detail page content is strategic, data-driven, best-in-class, follows the process, and meets customer standards and deadlines
- Review content in ProofHQ to ensure accuracy and provide direction as questions arise
- Add new and optimize existing content to our branded sites to answer consumer questions and meet brand goals
- Manage and optimize data streams and reporting processes that feed into our content strategy, including garden website surveys, FAQs, Salsify reports, Salesforce reports, and sentiment analysis reports
- Manage website surveys and identify opportunities to capture additional consumer feedback
- Set strategy, oversee, and develop recommendations to enhance monthly email program
- Work with PIM Team and Digital Content Specialist to develop processes that ensure digital content assets and data in Salsify is accurate
- Provide annual and ad hoc reporting for article content, website surveys, Salsify digital content quality, retailer content compliance, etc.

IDEAL CANDIDATE ATTRIBUTES
