Key Job Accountabilities
- Assist the Redken Digital managers with presentation preparation and development
- Assist the Redken Digital managers with photoshoot production and shot lists
- Upskill their Social intel knowledge using Netbase and apply those learnings across the team as needed
- Build and deploy monthly social recap reports
- Forecast and oversee the owned social strategy (calendars, new launch plans)
- Act as the social content editor for all owned social content prior to the digital managers review
- Develop and execute an owned Influencer strategy
- Manage uploads and optimize copy for global YouTube channel
- Maintain and ensure proper updates are made to branded mobile app
- Assist advocacy leads on Facebook group maintenance and other advocacy initiatives
- Create and submit content briefs
- Assist the managers with Dossier compilation when applicable
- Have a sharp attention to detail, spelling and editing
Oversee the Community Managers with their below responsibilities and manage up to digital managers
- Spriklr Account Management
- Copy editing
- UCG sourcing
- Maintaining brand tone of voice
- Creation of Instagram stories and graphics using brand templates
- Planning and promoting Instagram lives
- Creation recap reports on social campaigns
- Working with the larger digital team to ensure all social campaigns are inputted into Traackr
- Supporting Redken Digital through trend report across social platforms (META, TikTok, Pinterest, etc)
- Attending all digital meetings and ensure there is a digital note taker
- Proactively researching new creators that fit the Redken Brand
- Attending brand trainings, work sessions and meetings to stay up to date with social strategies and best practices
- Recognizing and recommends new ways to influence consumers in their purchase decision
- Alerting critical customer complaints to internal Brand teams and assist with problem solving
- Providing social content and engagement recommendations based on consumer feedback and trends
- Staying up to date on new social media platforms, tools and best practices
- Living in the social ecosystem, stay on top of emerging trends in the landscape
- Following Brand provided social FAQ documents for launches and key social moments
- Ability to compose custom responses that clearly address the issue in a way that is understandable by the consumer

- 2-4 years' social media engagement experience

- Knowledge and experience with major social media platforms required
- Able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, both independently and as part of a cross-functional team
