Qualifications / Requirements

  • Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree
  • 5-8 years of digital marketing experience within the investment management or financial services industry, preferably focused on the wealth management channel
  • At least five years of experience with online marketing platforms such as social media, mobile apps, SEO, SEM, web development, video / new media, automation, and email marketing required
  • Familiarity with the asset management sales process and ability to complement it / translate it digitally

PIMCO follows a total compensation approach when rewarding employees which includes a base salary and a discretionary bonus.

Base salary is the fixed component of compensation that is determined by core job responsibilities, relevant experience, internal level, and market factors.

The discretionary bonus is used to award performance and therefore is determined by company, business, team, and individual performance.

Salary Range : $ 124,500.00 - $ 158,000.00
