Job Summary :

The Digital Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for the execution, maintenance, and assistance in day-to-day management, execution and reporting of various digital marketing channels.

This position will also responsible for managing digital assets, site updates, promotional alignment across all digital channels, cross functional collaboration and work closely with agency / vendor partners.

  • Act as an cross functional liaison and ensure latest promotional updates are received and clearly communicate updates immediately to external partners, while ensuring reflecting accordingly across all digital channels
  • Assist cross functionally on the development of assets, including submitting creative briefs
  • Collaborate with the digital team as well as marketing, creative, merchants, operations, IT, legal, and other internal key stakeholders to develop and implement tactics and support online and in-store marketing activities

Education and Experience :

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field
  • Minimum of 1-3 years marketing, retail or agency experience in consumer products preferred

Skills and Behaviors :

  • Demonstrated ability to work with external agencies and manage day-to-day interactions
  • Demonstrated ability to work as part of a cross-functional team and willingness to take on responsibilities outside primary job description when necessary
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of the digital media landscape, relating to retail and / or an industry similar
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Preferred experience in Analytics (i.e. Google Analytics, Adobe / Omniture, Adwords, etc)
  • Meticulous organization, self-motivated with a flexible approach to the work required
  • Excellent writing, speaking, and presentation skills

Overview

The Senior Director, Digital will set the overall digital marketing strategy that drives awareness, engagement, membership and supports bill passage.

The ideal candidate is a digital subject matter expert and experienced leader, with knowledge of how to build a roadmap for digital expansion across channels, while implementing accelerated online growth with an in-house team.
