Job Summary :
The Digital Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for the execution, maintenance, and assistance in day-to-day management, execution and reporting of various digital marketing channels.
This position will also responsible for managing digital assets, site updates, promotional alignment across all digital channels, cross functional collaboration and work closely with agency / vendor partners.
The position will report into the Marketing Manager and Digital Marketing Director.
Responsibilities :
Key Accountabilities :
- Produce quality work and fulfill on all tasks and projects in a timely manner
- Support execution and management across digital channels : Paid Search, Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Affiliate, Paid Social and / or Display
- Drive personalization using CRM database to tailor messages by segment and marketing channel
- Analyze revenue and new customer acquisition performance
- Analyze search trends to inform merchandising & website team of specific product search volume
- Monitor performance and recommend changes as needed
- Ability to dive into channel accounts and work with agency partners to find efficiencies and / or growth
- Work closely with agency / vendor partners to ensure best practices and develop roadmaps for implementing new products and technologies
- Ability to develop, manage and analyze on channel reporting
- Work with analytics team on ongoing reporting needs such as affiliate publisher and coupon reports, downtracking files, etc
- Act as an cross functional liaison and ensure latest promotional updates are received and clearly communicate updates immediately to external partners, while ensuring reflecting accordingly across all digital channels
- Assist cross functionally on the development of assets, including submitting creative briefs
- Collaborate with the digital team as well as marketing, creative, merchants, operations, IT, legal, and other internal key stakeholders to develop and implement tactics and support online and in-store marketing activities
Education and Experience :
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field
- Minimum of 1-3 years marketing, retail or agency experience in consumer products preferred
Skills and Behaviors :
- Demonstrated ability to work with external agencies and manage day-to-day interactions
- Demonstrated ability to work as part of a cross-functional team and willingness to take on responsibilities outside primary job description when necessary
- Strong knowledge and understanding of the digital media landscape, relating to retail and / or an industry similar
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Preferred experience in Analytics (i.e. Google Analytics, Adobe / Omniture, Adwords, etc)
- Meticulous organization, self-motivated with a flexible approach to the work required
- Excellent writing, speaking, and presentation skills
