Parts Delivery Drive Position Purpose
The Parts Delivery Driver is responsible for the safe and efficient pick up and delivery of parts and components to internal and external customers.

Parts Delivery Driver Essential Functions
- Safely load and secure for transport of any parts or components to customers' and or vendors' locations
- Verify part numbers and quantity of parts or components delivered or picked up
- Obtain the customer’s or customer's representative’s signature on documentation when required
- Perform work in the parts warehouse shipping / receiving parts, pulling parts orders, and general warehouse duties when not delivering parts
- Perform other duties / projects as requested by Supervisor / Manager
- Assist in the parts warehouse with stocking and retrieving parts orders as needed
- Safely operate and maintain company delivery truck and trailer as well as a clean outward appearance of both
- Abide by all company safety rules, policies, and procedures
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the truck and trailer
- Abide by and comply with all traffic laws
- Must possess a friendly and customer-focused attitude
Parts Delivery Driver Minimum Qualifications
- Class A driver’s license
- Able to utilize a road map or electronic GPS device for locations
- High school or equivalent education
- Knowledge and experience in the safe operation of the vehicle
- Knowledgeable in operating a vehicle pulling a trailer
- Ability to perform duties when extended work hours are required
Parts Delivery Physical Requirements
- Pushing / Pulling / Lifting / Carrying up to 50 pounds without assistance
- Physical ability to squat, twist, turn, bend, stoop, climb, and reach overhead
- Must be able to work in extreme heat or cold and / or wet, damp, dusty, or windy conditions and tolerate exposure to typical noises, hazardous materials, and fumes / odors associated with the warehouse
- Physical ability to continually mount and dismount from forklifts / trucks throughout the workday

including responsibility for planning, coordinating and assigning work to Dispatchers, Drivers and / or Yard personnel in order to meet or exceed scheduling goals.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Manages the delivery scheduling activities and department staff, ensuring coordination between daily delivery schedules and Driver assignments.
2. Establishes schedules that ensure economical delivery options are utilized and optimizes materials handling equipment and delivery vehicles.
3. Maintains check on materials inventories, production programs and other factors that affect delivery schedules.
4. Revises schedules based on changes to order, cancellations, returns, and revised forecasts; determines recourse in event of failure to meet schedules.
5. Manages a department to ensure achievement of functional and budget / financial goals.
6. Tracks and reports on delivery mileage, fuel usage, vehicle repairs and other delivery-related issues to management.
7. Manages assigned employees including staff selection and training; planning, assigning and directing work; conducting performance reviews;
rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
8. Understands and observes all safety procedures and practices in order to prevent injury to self or co workers; attends periodic safety meetings as required;
may recommend changes to improve safety procedures. 9. Other duties may be assigned.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree and six (6) years of experience coordinating shipping / delivery activities, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Minimum of one (1) year of lead or supervisory experience required.

The Delivery Driver checks all products for accuracy against quality
standards and delivers products to customers in a safe, courteous, and timely
manner while working as part of a team. Support the restaurant by performing
other workstation duties. Comply with Papa John’s uniform, appearance, and
operations standards as defined in the Operations Manual, PIZZAcademy, Team
Member Handbook, and with federal, state, and local laws and ordinances.
Responsibilities
Perform
duties including pre-delivery vehicle preparation, learning the delivery
area, checking orders for quality and accuracy, following proper delivery
procedures; providing quality customer service through positive and
professional interaction with customers in person or by phone, and acting
with a sense of urgency in everything they do. Perform other assigned
workstation duties including making quality products, preparing
ingredients and taking orders.
Work
as part of a team and assist each other by being on time for their shift,
supporting other workstations during their shift and completing all
closing duties, including cleaning, at the end of each shift. Enhance the

Accurately
process order paperwork and payment transactions, execute cash management
duties, and use the FOCUS System. Support sales efforts by suggestively

The Delivery Technician (Rehab Technician), reports to the Branch Manager, and has responsibility for the delivery, assembly, repair, and maintenance of all Rehab Medical provided home medical equipment.

- Assists with evaluations, in-services, and demos in professional settings such as hospitals, clinics, or patient homes
