Responsibilities :

Successful candidates will oversee the entire software implementation life cycle and accomplish the following activities :

  • Collaborate with customers to craft compelling use cases that drive business value, translate use cases into requirements and specifications, validate the tractability and define the data requirements for AI use cases
  • Quantify and track value metrics that can be realized from C3 AI solutions
  • Advise executive customer stakeholders on future use case roadmap and implementation plans aligned to C3 AI solutions and drive customer success and adoption with a focus on customer retention, advocacy and expansion
  • Turn business requirements into application features and capabilities, map use cases to granular team tasks and produce detailed production project work plans
  • Lead the engagement team to perform implementation activities in collaboration with C3 AI team members from Application Development, Data Integration, Solution Architecture, Data Science, Products, QA, and DevOps
  • Dive into technical details and lead activities to ensure successful delivery to our customers (e.g., functional scoping, application and data integration quality assurance, deliver training, issue debugging and resolution)
  • Anticipate stakeholder needs, remove obstacles and accelerate the path to customer success, track and address risks before they become issues, solve delivery challenges, addressing resource contention, scoping issues and managing expectations
  • Develop high quality and polished internal and external deliverables and other documentation to enable customer success, building a trusted advisor relationship
  • Communicate effectively and proactively with customers, define and interpret the AI results in the customer’s business context
  • Provide oversight to the data science team and ensure a compelling outcome
  • Travel to customer sites (50% average)

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Operations Research or similar field; Advanced Engineering degree or MBA preferred
  • Minimum of 6-8 years delivery management experience with enterprise SaaS solutions
  • Experience leading engagements with substantial exposure and involvement with data science, cloud infrastructure, solution architecture, application development, and data engineering
  • Credible customer presence, capable of stepping into a trusted advisor role
  • Data-driven, analytically oriented, with a commitment to process improvement
  • Ability to successfully communicate and work with senior executive stakeholders
  • Leadership experience, the ability to enforce good project governance and promote delivery excellence
  • Effectively work across customer and internal teams to problem solve, define scope, write technical specifications, quantify and track success metrics, and manage against a plan
  • Demonstrated ability to navigate between the business and technical domains of a software implementation project, providing leadership in both
  • Excellent presentation, written, communication with keen attention to detail, and interpersonal skills

Job Description

As a part of our growth, LKQ is looking for a dedicated and passionate Delivery Driver with knowledge of replacement parts for the aftermarket collision repair industry.

The Delivery Driver must have six months of driving and warehouse experience with an excellent driving record. The Delivery Driver will be responsible for operating a Company vehicle to deliver products to customers.

The Delivery Driver will also be required to load and unload the delivery truck manually, verify that all parts are loaded and unloaded, collect payments from customers, obtain signatures from receiving locations confirming the accuracy of parts received, and deliver returned items back to the branch.

Essential Job Duties :

  • Drives a Company vehicle in a safe, courteous, and responsible manner.
  • Physically loads Company truck at the branch and verifies the condition of the truck, the manifest, and other paperwork associated with the deliveries to be made.
  • Drives to the delivery destination, confirms order with customer, unloads and verifies product, obtains confirmation signature and payment from the customer.
  • Makes proper notations on the manifest and provides receipts on parts being returned from customers to the branch.
  • Picks up buy-out purchase orders from vendors on vendor "fill in" purchase orders and delivers parts back to the branch or customer.
  • Collects accounts receivable, as necessary.
  • Works in such a manner as to prevent shortages and damage to products.
  • Complies with established Company policies and procedures.
  • Assumes other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Education and Experience : High School graduate or G.E.D. equivalent preferred. Some college coursework is desired. Minimum of six months of driving and warehouse operations experience.

Possess a valid driver's license and safe driving record. Driving history must meet and maintain qualification for Corporate safety program.

Must meet Department of Transportation (DOT) testing and physical requirements and be knowledgeable of DOT regulations when / as required.

Minimum 21 years of age. In addition to the above, drivers over 10,001 lbs must maintain a DOT medical card.

Knowledge / Skills / Abilities : Knowledge of replacement parts for the aftermarket collision repair industry is desired.

Ability to quickly learn and become proficient with the Company's warehouse and delivery methods, techniques, and procedures.

Ability to perform basic math calculations, interpret road maps, effectively communicate with customers / peers / supervisors, and proficiently use smartphone or tablet.

Must be attentive to detail and ensure accuracy in work assignments.

Essential Physical Demands / Work Environment : This position requires sitting, standing, walking, lifting, pushing, pulling, bending, climbing, and ascending / descending stairs.

Requires sitting for relatively long periods, while driving. It also requires frequent bending, climbing, movement, and lifting of up to 75 pounds during the physical loading / unloading of trucks and when stocking products.
