Base Pay

This role has a minimum base pay from $15.00 per hour with higher starting pay available based on experience.

Purpose :

In each position in our company we thrive on entrepreneurs and the urge to drive individual roles. The Delivery Coordinator position is responsible for all the deliveries in the store and will need to be knowledgeable on all aspects of shipping and receiving.

Minimum Eligibility Requirements :

  • Knowledge of basic math skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work well under pressure
  • Ability to operate a forklift
  • Basic knowledge of shipping and receiving product

Essential Job Functions :

  • Schedule all home deliveries, LTL’s and FedEx shipments by making all the appropriate documents and inputting that information into the Storage Buy System.
  • Ensure all home delivery, LTL and FedEx orders are released from the store to the proper carrier.
  • Print and work the EComm Shipping Report from MMS, ensure all RBs are scheduled and have the correct BOL labels on the pallets.
  • Stage including wrapped, boxes and strapped all outbound deliveries (home delivery, FedEx, and LTL) in the outbound bay with the proper shipping documents BOL / Shipping labels.
  • Detail receiving all inbound PO shipments (Schluter, Rubi and ETC)
  • Work through all remaining orders under the Shipping Info Required Tab and Shipping Tab in the Storage Buy system to ensure everything has been setup and completed that shipped the day prior.
  • Validate all shipments that were delivered the previous day are completed in the Storage Buy system
  • Pick, receive, locate and call the customers for all inbound R&L shipments.
  • Validate all outgoing IST’s have been shipped in MMS and / or IST Shipping Application. Once the product shows delivered, ensure the transfer is received with communication to destination store.
  • Communicate any pending ISTs waiting to get pulled to the Warehouse Supervisor.
  • Communicate any issues with deliveries to warehouse supervisor and command center associate so they can take appropriate actions.
  • Audit any shipping orders that have not been completed by Storage Buy Auditor.

RESPONSIBLE FOR :

The staff nurse provides nursing care to patients from birth through the lifecycle utilizing nursing processes to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate the care for patients.

He / she functions within the framework of the policies and procedures of the organization and demonstrates professional growth and accountability.

The staff nurse is responsible for maintaining standards of practice, coordinating patient care activities of all assigned staff in the provision of quality nursing care.

Requirements

MINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIRED :

Graduate of a nursing program

MINIMUM EXPERIENCE REQUIRED :

New Graduates of a nursing program eligible

MINIMUM LICENSURE / CERTIFICATION REQUIRED BY LAW :

Current License in the State of Georgia as a Registered Nurse or NLC / eNLC Multistate License.

BLS certification required.

ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS :

For PRN positions : One year of nursing experience in a hospital setting is required

Bachelor’s degree preferred

Advanced certification in field of specialty, if applicable (see addendum)

1. Performs patient assessments to include collection of data regarding the patient’s physical, psychosocial and health history.

2. Appropriately evaluates the developmental age of the patient when performing assessments, treatments and patient / family education.
