Catering Delivery Driver
The RedWagon Delivers is seeking individuals who know how to hustle and grind! Our ideal candidate works for Doordash, GrubHub, and / or Uber Eats, may have experience with catering delivery, and understands that working for RedWagon adds to their total earnings.
They also understand 1099 work and what it means to be an independent contractor.
You must be customer-service oriented and available to make deliveries from a variety of locations in the region. Most deliveries take 30 minutes & occur between the hours of 9AM-2PM.
However, we make deliveries from 6AM to 9PM, 7 days a week. Your availability determines your opportunities. Simple as that! Deliveries will be offered to you as they become available.
We pay by the job, not by the hour. If you feel making $15 to $60 per delivery is not worth your time, please do not apply.
Qualifications
- At least 21 years of age
- A valid U.S. driver’s license
- A smart phone
- Your own vehicle (A van or truck is not required)
- Ability to follow instructions
- Communication skills
- Ability to figure things out
- Ability to navigate using smart phone mapping application
- If hire, you must purchase your own equipment which includes catering delivery bags (23X13X15) and a collapsible cart, wagon, or a convertible or foldable hand truck.

- Perform light set up order where the customer requests (set-up only)

Job Duties
- Customer Deliveries.
- Ensure all merchandise is clean and in operating condition prior to delivery.
- Load, secure and protect product in delivery vehicle and safely transport merchandise.
- Ensure delivery schedule is followed.
- Offload, install and demonstrate merchandise to achieve maximum customer satisfaction.
- Perform routine service calls, product exchanges and assist with merchandise returns.
- Clean and certify merchandise in the Quality Assurance Center for all items personally returned.
- Assist in maintaining the showroom floor and store’s warehouse.
- Occasional collections assistance.
- Assist in field marketing programs.
Position Requirements :
- Strong technical skills or working knowledge of electronic products.
- Position routinely requires lifting, loading, and dollying" heavy merchandise.
- Maintain professional appearance.
- Good driving skills, ability to pass a Motor Vehicle background check.
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background check, drug screen, agility test and DOT physical.
- Bi-lingual is a PLUS!
Delivery Specialists must have a satisfactory MVR (driving record), D.O.T. physical / certification in states that require it, a valid Driver’s License and comply with the Arona Home Essentials Driver Qualification Policy.
All Delivery Specialists must pass a drug screen and criminal background investigation before beginning employment.

As a Driver, you will be responsible for picking up food from a restaurant, transport it across a predetermined route, and delivering it to the customer.

Delivery Specialist
MUST BE legally authorized to work in the United States Delivery Driver Responsibilities : Loading, transporting, and delivering items to clients or businesses in a safe, timely manner.
Reviewing orders before and after delivery to ensure that orders are complete, the charges are correct, and the customer is satisfied.
Assisting with loading and unloading items from vehicles. Providing excellent customer service, answering questions, and handling complaints from clients.
Adhering to assigned routes and following time schedules. Abiding by all transportation laws and maintaining a safe driving record.
Operating equipment and machines, such as cars, trucks, forklifts, etc. Delivery Driver Requirements : High school diploma or equivalent.
Valid driver's license issued by the state where you intend to work. Clean driving record. Experience may be required or preferred.
