Summary / Objective : To provide safe, timely and efficient delivery of cannabis products to retail clients in a highly professional and engaging manner.

This position is accountable for executing initiatives that achieve all customer service goals at Project Cannabis and is responsible for complying with all policies and procedures, compliance regulations, and all other operational objectives of the business.

This position is also responsible for executing visual standards, presentation requirements, meeting customer needs and product performance.

Essential Functions :

  • Loads, transports and delivers items to clients or businesses in a safe, timely manner
  • Driving / delivery of products to California Licensed Cannabis Retailers / Distributors
  • Adheres to assigned routes and follows time schedules
  • Abides by all transportation laws and maintains a safe driving record
  • Verify product deliveries against manifest / invoice to ensure accuracy
  • Provide first class delivery service that drives new business and contributes to online profitability.
  • Packaging and Quality Assurance
  • Must comply with all legal and company regulations for working in the industry
  • Promote a culture of teamwork by working alongside the Budtenders, Leads and Management team
  • Implement an elevated customer experience that drives repeat business through customer and associate engagement.
  • Maintains knowledge level of store inventory / products
  • Effectively utilizes POS system; enters required data accurately
  • Daily store maintenance / clean-up duties as assigned
  • Assist with ingestion, inventory placement and proper labeling of inventory deliveries.
  • Execute high customer experience standards, and customer engagement through strong sales techniques and product knowledge.
  • Drive repeat business through strong local grass roots networking, customer data capture and our loyalty program.
  • Effectively executes the duties of Budtender during delivery down-times.
  • Other duties as assigned.

  • Excellent customer relations skills
  • Ability to perform repetitive tasks for extended periods of time
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
  • Intermediate-level math skills.
