About the role

The Technical Delivery Lead plays a key role in planning, delivery and execution. You’ll work as part of an engineering organization, helping to solve complex business and technical issues from strategy to execution.

You will lead the initiation, planning and execution of large, complex projects and programs ensuring quality while achieving business outcomes.

This position reports to the Director of Application Engineering.

What you need to know :

  • Works directly with project teams and management to determine project scope, objectives and budget.
  • Coordination with other second line and enterprise-wide programs / projects while partnering with stakeholders across the organization to identify and track key activities, milestones, risks and dependencies.

Liaise with architects, technical teams and leadership (both business and IT) across the organization.

  • Manage schedule while performing quality reviews. Ensure on-time delivery and in accordance with program specifications.
  • Coordination with other second line and enterprise-wide programs / projects while partnering with stakeholders across the organization to identify and track key activities, milestones, risks and dependencies.

Liaise with architects, technical teams and leadership (both business and IT) across the organization.

  • Understand functional requirements of IT areas in Technology Engineering, Infrastructure, Legal, Risk, and Project Management in order to drive collaboration.
  • Measure, track and continuously improve service delivery.
  • Manages coordination and direction of large third-party partner relationships.
  • Fulfill program governance requirements including senior stakeholder reporting and administration of key program documents.

Manage the production of program / project artifacts, including business cases, requirements, and implementation timelines.

What we’re looking for :

  • 10+ years’ experience in roles reflecting increased technical delivery responsibility; 5+ years project management experience.
  • BA / BS Computer Science, Computer Engineering or Related Field; AWS experience beneficial.
  • Relationship management and presence : Ability to achieve results in a constantly evolving environment, through influence and communication at all management levels in the organization.
  • Possesses strategic thinking and problem-solving skills to facilitate the identification of problems, the design and evaluation of options and execution of solutions.
  • Aptitude in reviewing technical requirements, strategizing cost-efficient techniques while adhering to quality standards.
  • Proven track record of taking ownership and successfully delivering results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Excellent data analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Skilled in handling stressful situations with perseverance and professionalism.
  • Expertise working on large and transformative projects with a focus on change management.

For positions based in Jersey City, the base salary range is $123,000-$163,000. In addition, the position is eligible for a bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable incentive plan.
