ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES :

Growing medical device company implementing new D365 ERP System is looking for some immediate help with D365 data entry and ERP system optimization activities.

The individual will support activities of the MMT Customer Service team and cross over to work with our Business Systems Analyst for D365 to support phase 2 implementation activities.

Test / optimize upper funnel, abandoned cart, and retention workflows

  • Support data entry and duplicate data entry into parallel systems
  • Work with project team members on reporting from D365 and analyze data, input / output
  • Participate in CM and 3PL integration transitions, maintenance and optimization
  • Accurately and efficiently processes customer orders. Coordinates timely fulfillment of orders to ensure on-time deliveries to customers.
  • Manages customer inquiries, including but not limited to PO statuses, shipment information, invoices, order history, and product availability.
  • Handles customers issues with care and urgency and provides solutions or alternatives. Escalates and partners with Management and Sales Team where needed.
  • Manages data entry with strong attention to detail.
  • Timely fulfillment of commercial team supply needs for customer onsite trainings, new implementations, and product demonstrations.
  • Willingness to perform a variety of tasks and analysis

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS :

  • Experience with enterprise ERP systems, ideally D365, F&O modules
  • Must be detail orientated to maintain system integrity for customer information, PO’s, order processing, shipping, reporting and tracking.
  • Seeking someone flexible and effective at multi-tasking to support the Customer Service Team with a variety of different tasks related to customers, orders, ERP and other system entry, reporting, analysis and information.
  • Excellent and effective communication, verbally and in writing is necessary. Position requires the right person to work both independently, as well as with management and other team members.
