Job Description
Hours : 35-40 hours / week flex to the person’s needs.
As a Temp / Data Entry Specialist, you will work closely with the strategy team members to support projects as outlined by the Vice President of Strategy.
In this role, you will :
Conduct Market Research (100%) :
- Conduct thorough research and data gathering from various sources, including websites, databases, and other reference materials.
- Organize and compile relevant information in a structured and systematic manner.
- Enter gathered data into spreadsheets, databases, or other designated platforms with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Verify data for completeness, correctness, and consistency.
Responsibilities :
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification or education in a relevant field is a plus.
- Proven experience in data entry or a related role, with a strong emphasis on accuracy and attention to detail.
- Proficient computer skills, including experience with spreadsheets (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets) and databases.
- Strong research and data gathering abilities, with the capacity to locate and extract information from various sources.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with the utmost discretion and maintain strict confidentiality protocols.
