Duties to include but not limited to : Knowledge of Independent Accounts, Buying Groups and National Accounts for the purpose of processing orders and entering data at a high level of quality and productivity.
Familiar with policy and procedures. Work with Data Entry and Customer Service Manager to provide efficient, effective service.
Promote the integrity of Larson Manufacturing Company. This position is also responsible for daily huddle report outs consistent with these areas, order checking, new account setups, system testing, system updates and data entry training
- Enter orders accurately in a timely manner, check orders with confirmation.
- Confirm order information with the Customer Service Team if needed.

Qualifications
- Fluent in reading, writing and speaking the English language.

- Self-starter with a high level of self-accountability
- Excellent listening, oral and written communication skills
- Ability to learn new systems and processes, a quick learner
