Data Entry Specialist needed in the South Sacramento area for a dynamic, fast growing, company in the construction industry.

This is a newly created position in their Purchasing Department that offers a great opportunity for someone who wants to get in on the ground floor and work with a Sacramento based organization.

A long-term, full-time position with the possibility to become temp to hire with excellent benefits.

Responsibilities :

  • Scanning, separating and renaming pages and files in Adobe Pro.
  • Support the staff n the Purchasing Department.
  • Inputting proprietary information in Excel spreadsheets and creating new ones where applicable.
  • Updating all charts regarding product purchased based o projects.

Requirements :

  • Must have a strong attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Excel, Word and intermediate knowledge of Adobe Pro.
  • Two to three years experience working in an office environment.
  • Great organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
  • Strong communication skills.

Must be able to provide a minimum of two supervisory references and proper documentation to verify eligibility to work in the USA.
