This opportunity entails compiling HR data through the generation and use of reports, dashboards and analytics. The HR Data Analyst continuously monitors data and analytics needs by HR Business Partners, Leaders, and the business and collaborates to present data that is clear and meaningful.
What You'll Do :
Creates standard reporting and works with HR staff on special reporting needs required for various areas of HR.
Creates and maintains reporting dashboards in HR Information System(s).
Designs and generates ad-hoc management reports to satisfy specific needs.
Provides timely responses to all management and user requests for HRIS resources.
Prepares statistical summaries and special reports from HRIS.
Prepares presentations for leadership teams.
Conducts analysis of reports to present key data points and offer recommendations.
Collaborates with functional teams to provide advanced reporting and dashboard support.
Evaluates user needs related to report access, and work with HR Business Partners and HRIS team to review security.
Manages annual report clean-up process.
Performs other duties as assigned
What You'll Need :
Master's degree in Human Resources, Computer Science, or related field and 2 years' HRMS system experience, including but not limited to HRIS, Benefits, Performance Management and Recruiting, or
In lieu of education, 7 years' HR and / or HRIS experience

The Senior Business Data Analyst employs the use of Intelligent Automation technology across Global Flow Controls Operations business processes to improve service levels, profitability, quality and efficiency.
This position will also be tasked with developing business analytics as a competitive weapon to increase market share growth and improve service levels, profitability, ESH and quality.

AS THE SENIOR BUSINESS DATA ANALYST, YOU WILL :
Contribute to Flow Controls overall operations efficiency and effectiveness
- Engage and coordinate with all Flow Control World Areas and Global Functions
- Members of the Intelligent Automation team will work on project-based assignments in small and large teams to deliver automated processes
- Design, develop and implement custom solutions for the automation of existing or new processes
- Ability to implement the full life cycle of an automation solution : identify automation opportunities, gather requirements and develop, test and deploy automation solutions using Intelligent Automation tools
- Leverage Intelligent Automation tools, including but not limited to : Robocorp, Power BI, Power Query, Power Automate, Power Apps, Power Virtual Agents and Noetix
- Apply Lean concepts and process improvement methodologies
- Work with process owners to understand and map out their processes
- Validations with process owners, and an end-to-end business validation upon completion of development effort
