What You’ll Do :

Serves as a catalyst for Quality Assurance and ensures the solution fulfills the defined success criteria and desired customer satisfaction.

Builds and cultivates relationships with stakeholders by communicating and continuously engaging with them throughout the project lifecycle.

Manages project team resources as well as vendor assigned personnel.

Performs other duties as assigned.

We are seeking an experienced aviation professional to serve as the Principal Project Manager to join our dynamic team. Responsible for leading the development and execution of the project management plan while building and maintaining effective and meaningful client relationships.

This position serves as the primary client liaison responsible for managing and delivering all aspects of one or more large aviation projects including contracting, project controls, quality, risk and change management.

You will collaborate with the HNTB Aviation Architecture Market Sector Leader and Architecture Office leader to a) develop clients, b) build relationships with airports’ staff / selection committee members, and c) participate in pursuit and project development activities.

What You'll Do :

Has full responsibility for managing all aspects of mega projects.

Prepares strategic plans for project success.

Responsible for the coordination of all project efforts, administrative and technical, to assure the most efficient and cost-effective execution of assigned projects.

Serves as primary liaison contact with the clients to bring projects to completion on schedule, within budget and with maximum client satisfaction.

Provides oversight and monitoring of work to less experience project managers.

May act in a team lead capacity in the absence of the manager.
