  • This position is responsible for receiving incoming contacts from our global retail customers and dealer network and providing premium customer experiences by responding to all inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Work activities include : entering customer orders initiating returns providing information about Harley-Davidson Parts and Accessories General Merchandise and Licensed Products and resolving customer issues.
  • This position is also responsible for building and sustaining consumer loyalty by exceeding our customers expectations with premium service.
  • This position works within the H-D Customer Support Center CSC as a part of the eCommerce Customer Care team for Harley-Davidson Motor Company.
  • This position supports Harley-Davidson’s continuous quality improvement efforts by identifying and communicating necessary information common trends and customer concerns to all relevant stakeholders.
