JOB DESCRIPTION TRC Staffing is seeking Customer Service professionals who are interested in working with our call center client in the Sandy Springs area! This is a full-time position with a company that handles customer service for multiple restaurant franchises.

The role will be in-office for the 3-6 month training period, and then offers the opportunity to work from home based on performance! This positions fields inbound calls, and focuses on quality of your calls and your ability to truly help the customer.

  • Temp to Hire opportunity
  • $17 / hour
  • Varying full time shifts available

Responsibilities :

  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints
  • Provide information about the products, services, or promotions
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues and concerns regarding the website or restaurant app
  • Document and update customer records based on interactions
  • Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services Qualifications :
  • Previous experience in customer service or sales
  • Ability to build rapport with clients
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Positive and professional demeanor
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Must be able to type at least 30 wpm

General Summary

As a Family Dollar Customer Service Representative you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers.

Key priorities include greeting customers, assisting them with selection of merchandise, completing transactions, and answering questions regarding the store and merchandise.

Principle Duties and Responsibilities :

  • Provides customer engagement in positive and approachable manner.
  • Assists in maintaining a clean, well-stocked store for customers during their shopping experience.
  • Helps in the unloading of merchandise from delivery trucks, organizes merchandise, and transports merchandise from stockroom to sales floor.

Position Requirements :

Experience : Prefer experience working in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery or drug store environments.

Physical Requirements : Ability to regularly lift up to 40lbs. (and occasionally, up to 55 lbs.) from floor level to above shoulder height;

must be able to meet demands of frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling and repetitive lifting, with or without reasonable accomodation.
