This is a hybrid role in Dunwoody, GA. Responsible to support the Manager of the Intermodal ADMIN team. The Intermodal ADMIN Coordinator aims to validate invoices related to intermodal administration (TD / ED / Chassis) and support the administrative process of creating work orders and any other activity to ensure accuracy and timely payment of vendor's invoices. - Maintain KPI’s under parameters required by management.
Qualifications
- Associate degree and a minimum of 2 years of experience in the Maritime Industry or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Possesses specialized knowledge of 2 or more years within all principles of the Operations function.
- Understands most shipping terms; can use a dictionary to find terms not recognized. Is willing to clarify shipping terms unique to a location.
Understands routings, schedules and general practices of various countries, carriers, ports, and terminals.

JOB SUMMARY
The Development & Database Administrator manages gift processing, maintains the donor database, provides administrative support to the Development team, and assists with fundraising projects.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
DATABASE MANAGEMENT :
- Maintain current, accurate records in the donor database, including addresses, relationships, and engagement (tracked as interactions)
- Collaborate with Finance team to ensure donation information in donor database reconciles with QuickBooks records
- Pull routine reports from the database to capture giving history and contact information to be used for donor cultivation, solicitation, and general tracking purposes.
GIFT PROCESSING :
- Complete gift entry : add donations to database, facilitating automatic and batch entries (from website or other sources), and ensuring donor contact information is accurate
- Execute timely email thank-you letters, tax acknowledgements, and regular donor stewardship
DEVELOPMENT ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT :
- Manage logistics for appeal execution, including drafting letters, creating mailing lists, tracking prospects, and sending direct mail or email appeals
- Maintain up-to-date profiles on third-party fundraising or nonprofit-related sites such as United Way, Guidestar, Benevity, etc.
- Assist with event execution, including managing event platform (GiveSmart- coordinate sponsorships, auctions, invitee and attendee information;
draft and send communications to event attendees; pull reports and secure payments)
- Support Purposeful and Marketing teams with email communications
- Field calls and emails about donating or other Development and Special Events-related questions

This individuals will ensure the timely and accurate production and release of Ocean Bills of Lading. Builds and maintains an open line of communication with the respective customer base and acts as a problem solver.Essential Functions :
- Work in conjunction with GSC Global Service Center to ensure that documents are prepares and delivers to customers and government / customs agencies regarding overseas export shipments
- Adherence to PREX Process Excellence, process as detailed in the company
- Deals directly with customers regarding bills of lading discrepancies, container information or routing of cargo
- Handles changes and / or corrections to bills of lading and / or corrections to the bills of lading that at are required based on customer feedback and / or government regulations.
Closely working with Global Service Center as applicable.
- Monitors all errors / queries raised by GSC Global Service Center in the SDEM / FIS2 handles errors within Area scope of responsibility
- Monitors workflow to assure that documents are completed and released within the specified timeframes to ensure smooth delivery of cargo
- Verifies that customer is in good credit standing and sends bills of lading through the Accounting department to confirm accuracy
- Issues Vessel Certificates to the customers
- Responsible for the management of Vessel Voyage, Customs Manifest and any miscellaneous reports as required
- Ensures that Export Customs references are submitted in a timely manner for cargo sailing of out the country. Work with GSC Global Service Center as applicable ref any Customs AEI.
- Notifies customers of missing Export Customs references and communicates applicable charges, fees and fines as applicable.
- Arrange for the timely rolling of shipments that are missing Customs references at indicated deadlines;

The Gallery Attendant job pays $13.00 / hr. and we pay every Monday night and don't hold a week in-the-hole.
The museum is open six- days a week from Tuesday to Sunday.
The hours of operation are :
- Mon. - CLOSED
- Tues., Wed., Thurs., Sat., Sun. - 10 : 45am to 5 : 15pm
- Fri. - 10 : 45am to 9 : 15pm
- a 45-minute lunch break is provided every day except on Friday when there is a 45-minute lunch and a short "paid" dinner break
FULL-TIME SCHEDULES :
You will work five- days a week between Tuesday and Saturday. *Your schedule for the upcoming two- weeks will be posted every Friday afternoon.
PART-TIME SCHEDULES :
You will work three day shifts a week and 4 : 45pm-9 : 00pm on Fridays.
