What you should have :
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- You should have a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
- Ability to work a flexible schedule
- Must be able to work nights, holidays, and weekends
- 6 months of customer service experience will be an asset
- 6 months of cash handling experience will be an asset

Job Summary :
The Customer Support Representative (CSR) primarily supports the AAS Account Management organization with group insurance renewals and quotes as well as other administrative support functions designed to improve customer data quality, communication, and overall customer engagement for the micro and small market group insurance segment (
Responsibilities :
Support Account Managers, Team Leader and peer CSR’s with renewals, quotes, carrier and customer communication and related activities
Collect missing information from customers, carriers, and other partners as appropriate
Maintain customer information in Agency Management System (AMS)
Complete weekly customer AMS workflow and related activities
Update policy information, rates and census data in Benefit Administration Platform and AMS
Follow up on service issues and coordinate customer response
Prepare employee communications for renewals and enrollment period
Update census and plan features
Other duties as required
Requirements :
Able to work independently and within a team environment
Familiarity with AMS or similar customer relationship management software
Embraces customer success and demonstrates a can do attitude
Demonstrates attention to detail and strong organizational skills while working in fast-paced environment
Can manage multi customer related activities simultaneously
Education / Experience :
Bachelor’s Degree preferred
2 years insurance experience, group insurance preferred
Familiarity with AMS or related CRM tools and proficient with MS Office products
Positive track record working in customer service

Customer Service Specialist I - Customer Service
JOB SUMMARY :
This position is responsible for administering the Collection Philosophy of Rady Children's Hospital San Diego for all self-pay accounts.
The Customer Service Specialist I will identify accounts with a self-pay balance after insurance has paid and those without insurance and will collect on those accounts.
The incumbent will assist the families with financial assistance applications. The incumbent will work with families to establish payment plans in accordance with hospital policy and monitor the payment plans for compliance.
The Customer Service Specialist I will receive incoming telephone calls and assist families with information pertaining to their accounts, understanding statements, and previous insurance payments.
Incumbent will check Medi-Cal eligibility, apply share of costs, and update accounts with insurance information. The Customer Service Specialists will receive patient complaints in regards to billing and take appropriate action, based upon policy and procedures.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS :
High School Diploma, GED or equivalent
2 years of experience
PREFFERED QUALIFICATIONS :
Associate's Degree
3 years of experience
Bilingual English / Spanish
The expected hiring range for this position is $20.00 to $27.50

The Aftermarket Customer Service role supports the Aftermarket by providing a high level of customer service to dealers and distributors regarding sales orders, parts availability, parts pricing, supplier information or any other customer requests or needs.
Job Duties :
- Responsible for communication with customers and sales directors regarding the delivery of manufacturers parts
- Interacting with both internal departments as well as outside vendors to provide accurate reports and invoicing
- Customer delivery reporting responsibilities
- Analyze inbound and outbound shipments, track, trace, and troubleshoot discrepancies
- Provide statistical information on shipments
- Data reconciliation with proprietary software and systems
- Distribute and generate weekly inventory reports and updates for brokers / carriers
- Audit and enter information into CRM, maintaining accuracy
- Coordinate customer needs and special requests with timeliness and diplomacy
- 1-2 years’ experience in customer service role (Automotive, Aftermarket Parts, of Dealer industry experience is a plus)
- HS Diploma or GED
- Excellent communication, organization and decision-making skills with the ability to meet deadlines
- Excellent MS Office including Excel
- Some ERP or SAP experience is a plus
