The Kelly Clarkson Show is seeking a Creative Director. The Creative Director’s role will be to provide leadership and direction for the conceptual development, design and production of video and digital assets for use in broadcast and digital tactics.
Essential Responsibilities
- Ensures that there is daily communication with all Producers for upcoming shows and segmentsParticipate in ZOOM calls with Culinary Chefs and Food Stylists on upcoming demosFollow up with Art Shopper to ensure we have all the upcoming needs for the demosCommunicate with the lighting / staging department on any needs for upcoming segmentsCoordinate with the Staging Supervisor regarding labor / carpenter needs.
- Partner with Art Director on any Special Show needs when it comes to design and brandingCollaborate / brainstorming with Host, EP and Art Director on Theme Shows Partner with Art Shopper to locate rental and purchase needs
- Weekly communication with Staging Supervisor on the daily tasksMeeting the morning of shows with Stagehands to review production notes and handing off daily props for demo tables / segmentsAvailable to be on set (headset and backstage) on all show days to ensure the smooth transition of all set dec and art props in each segmentAbility to communicate with all departments on show needs regarding art elements in delivery and status of load and unloadCompleting paperwork / receipts in a timely manner and getting approval from EIC before any builds happen
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Fine Art, Graphic Design or Design.
- Minimum 10 years of experience working in TV or Film
- Experience leading creative teams and managing projects.
- Proficiency in operating computers and computerized equipment; such as but not limited to Microsoft Office suite of applications

- Willingness to work overtime and on weekends with short notice
- Must be willing to work in NYC
- Must have work authorization to work in the United States

THE JOB
This is an excellent opportunity for a Creative Director to join the North America Marketing leadership team. In this role, you’ll take the lead in developing breakthrough creative ideas to support brand and product marketing initiatives, develop new social media strategy and content plan, and oversee community management across social channels.
You will play a key role in shaping the brand narrative for Ticketmaster in the US and ensure impactful fan-facing communication with consistent tone of voice for the brand.

As the Head of Creative, you will provide direct management of the Social, Creative and Community Management and be responsible for generating content across all marketing and media channels.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
- Creative lead for content strategy and execution across all marketing channels for Ticketmaster across North America.

The Role
- As our studio Creative Director you will serve as the creative leader and unifying thread across the marketing, creative, and branding efforts of each of our brands.
- You will have the lead role in building out our marketing departments and will be responsible for both defining and evolving our entire aesthetic as a company and across each of our individual brands.

- Archetype the visual brand identity for each UJUU brand and property
