JOB SUMMARY :
The primary responsibility of the Beverage Server / Cocktails is to ensure complete customer satisfaction by serving and providing beverages to our guests to ensure an enjoyable stay.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS :
- Greets and welcomes all guests in a pleasant and professional manner.
- Provides timely cocktail service in a friendly and courteous manner.
- Keeps assigned areas clean and empty of glasses and bottles.
- Constantly looks for service opportunities.
- Responds to and resolves guest complaints.

- Performs all side work at assigned station, such as, stocking coffee, glasses, sugar, cream and coffee dispenser.

- Takes drink orders, communicates with bartender, assists in the preparation of drinks and presents drinks to guests
- Maintains clean and stocked workstation
- Handles money according to procedure
- Monitors guest consumption of alcohol and intervenes as needed according to guidelines
- Serves as ambassador of goodwill while working and at customer and public relations functions; appears in publicity photos
- Promotes casino events and programs
- Works closely with Total Rewards Center to promote new card sign up programs.
- Works well with others, especially beverage servers, bartenders, barbacks, beverage supervisor, and slots supervisor

QUALIFICATIONS :
- Must be a minimum of 21 years of age or older.
- One-year previous high volume cocktail experience.
- Minimum of one-year customer service experience in a previous position, where the primary job duty is direct customer service, is required.
- Must possess excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Must be able to initiate and engage in conversation in a professional and friendly manner.
- Must present a professional and pleasant appearance that guests will find appealing and approachable in order to engage in conversation.

- Good communication skills; multilingual is a plus.
- Ability to read and write in English proficiently.

Position Summary : Actively takes orders, conducts full and complete beverage / food service, and monitors guests’ lounge / bar experience.

PURPOSE
The Cocktail Server is responsible for welcoming guests, accurately taking all food and beverage orders, and making sure they are delivered in a timely manner to the guests satisfaction.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide guests with accurate and thorough information regarding menu items, pricing, and allergen information
- Recognize and cultivate regular guests and repeat business
- Take and enter orders into POS system promptly and accurately
- Ensure all the food and drinks are served immediately and according to specifications
- Ensure that all the necessary stock is being replenished during the shift
- Move furniture as directed by management, including but not limited to : tables, chairs, bar stools, banquettes, bar tables, boxes, and equipment
- Respond to guest concerns / complaints and correct errors or resolve complaints while maintaining a positive attitude escalating to management when necessary
- Comply with all safety and health department procedures and all state and federal liquor laws
- Maintain company safety and sanitation standards
- Prepare guest checks through POS terminal functions. Process guest payments by cash, credit card, venue comps and all other tender types
- Collect required signatures from guest and promptly close guest checks
- Ensure accurate accounting of all monies and independent banking procedures
- Sign all cash out slips legibly
- Ensure complete and proper check out procedures
- Clean all spills immediately and place all trash in proper receptacles
- Inform management of any complaint, comments or incident
- Ensure nightly / weekly and opening / running / closing duties are completed
- Record and report any equipment failure and / or safety hazards to management immediately

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
