Role on the Team (Job Responsibilities) :

  • Work in a cleaning capacity in the warehouse on inventoried contents from our insurance customers
  • Walk through jobsite with customer to go over the contents packout process
  • Coordinate packout timelines and procedures, communicate with customer what you are doing with their items. Solicit feedback from the customer on how they want sensitive items packaged and handled.
  • Work with a team on the contents packout, cleaning, storage, and packback tasks and be able to coordinate work flow with other team members
  • Ensure you are working diligently and adhering to job schedules
  • Communicate with other techs about responsibilities of the job and take ownership of its successful completion and your role in each and every job
  • Adherence to OSHA and industry standard safety procedures
  • Assist others when needed and foster a positive working relationship with other employees
  • Ensure you are on time and ready to work with contents crews every morning to handle the work to be done that day
  • Adhere to weekly schedules for contents jobs and follow assignments and tasks to customer / insurance partner satisfaction
  • Ensuring your performance of packing, cleaning, moving, storing, inventorying, and packback services are in accordance with Paul Davis and industry specifications
  • Communication - be the point of contact for customers if they have any questions and / or concerns and resolve those in effective and timely manner
  • Maintain inventory of clean, properly stocked, and organized truck(s) along with all company equipment, also keep contents cleaning work space clean and organized at all times
  • Focus and dedication to providing excellent customer service
  • Be accessible by phone and participate, as necessary (weekday evenings and / or weekends)

Position Requirements : Education : High School Diploma or equivalency Experience : 0-2 yrs. experience (preferred) in restoration industry and specifically in the contents department of a major restoration company

Licenses and Certifications :

  • IICRC Contents Packaging Technician (CPT), Upholstery and Fabric Cleaning Technician (UFT), Rug Cleaning Technician (RCT) a plus

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities :

Excellent Customer Service skills.

Knowledge of & the ability to work around cleaning chemicals, solutions, and use of solvents without any adverse reaction / sensitivity.

Ability to read, interpret, and communicate oral and written instructions (i.e., work orders)

Ability to plan, organize, and juggle multiple projects at once.

Ability to use contents tracking and estimating software and upload necessary data to cloud based systems.

Job Summary : The Meat Department Clean-Up clerk is accountable for the overall conditions of the entire meat and seafood department.

Essential Job Responsibilities

  • Has knowledge and training of how to effectively use and maintain all cleaning equipment.

ROLE

The Facilities Cleaning Crew plays a vital role in delivering best-in-class fan experiences to guests of Wrigley Field. The ideal candidate will be consistent, energetic, engaging, passionate, personable, proactive, and welcoming.

This person will assist with duties that directly relate to cleaning the ballpark before and during events as well as preparing the ballpark for upcoming games and events for the 2023 season.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Perform general housekeeping functions which consist of cleaning the ballpark seating areas, restrooms, concourses and exterior areas as well as other buildings on our campus.

Prepare restrooms for Cubs games and events by performing detailed cleaning of fixtures such as walls, toilets, urinals, sinks and faucets.

Stock all dispensers and ensure that all areas are fan-ready’.

Monitor restrooms and concourse areas during events. Patrols an assigned section of the ballpark and ensures that cleanliness is maintained to the highest standards at all time

Participate in the organization's commitment to safety by ensuring that floors are free and clear from slip hazards during Cubs games and events.

Use appropriate safety signage and mops floors as required

Empty concourse trash and recycling containers before, during and after Cubs games and events.

Patrol the exterior of the ballpark and maintain appropriate levels of cleanliness by sweeping, emptying trash and recycling containers, cleaning up spills and removing graffiti.

Assist the Grounds Crew with field duties such as tarp deployment or removal of the ballpark infield

Report any unruly or customer related issues to command center

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Must be able to perform the following physical tasks : bend at the waist, squat, kneel, twist, climb flights of stairs, walk on uneven ground, walk up and down ramps, walk and stand for extended periods of time

Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds on a regular and continuing basis and lift up to 50 pounds on an occasional basis

Must be able to work nontraditional hours and will include mornings or evenings, plus weekends and holidays as reflected by the regular and post-season home schedule (March through October).
