- Recognize and propose opportunities for improved efficiency and effectiveness in operations while maintaining sufficient controls to protect company assets.
- Identify essential technical and operational risk factors, ensuring that adequate controls are in place to reduce negative incidents.
- Lead, engage, and supervise work tasks and output, ensuring timely completion and thorough reviews of work papers and report drafts for accuracy before submitting to management.
- Certify thorough preparation and examination of all responses to document requests and audit findings.
- Confirm that all documentation, including management reports, are precise and submitted in a timely manner according to GAAP.

Job Description
Casino Accounting is responsible for reviewing and auditing the daily revenues of the Casino at both Wynn Resorts properties.
Reports to the Casino Accounting Supervisor.
Job Responsibilities :
- Reviewing daily reports.
- Auditing the revenues of the Casino.
- Keys data and prepares batches for processing which involves sorting, alphabetizing, and running tapes to verify counts and totals.
- Reconciles revenue and expense reports to source documents; distributes and files financial documents and reports.
- Answers telephones, opens and logs mail, and assists in other clerical functions.
Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- A minimum of six months Casino Accounting experience.
- Proficiency with MS Office.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain any licensing or active work cards required, at present or in the future, for this position at all times.
- Applicants must be 21 years of age or older.

CASINO PORTER - EVS
Overview
It is the primary responsibility of the EVS Casino Porter to maintain the cleanliness of the property, both indoors and outdoors including working in high traffic areas, caring for the floors, carpets, walls, ceilings, facades, and cleaning in areas that include but are not limited to, walkways, casino, restrooms, restaurants, retail stores, office areas, and entrances to property.
This position is detail oriented with excellent communication skills. All duties are to be performed in accordance with departmental and property policies, practices, and procedures. Other duties as assigned.
Specific Job Functions :
- Responsible for practicing, supporting, and always promoting the Company and Departmental Service Standards.
- Cleans and Details any and all areas from the floor to as high as you can reach.
- Cleaning will require prolonged standing, bending, stooping, reaching.
- Will be required to lift up to 50 lbs. and be able to push or pull up to 150 lbs.
- Assists in maintaining adequate supplies in supply closets by replenishing supplies as necessary.
- Cleans and Polishes marble, brass, tile, vinyl flooring using varying techniques, chemicals and equipment.
- Cleans and Dusts Slot Machines.
- Properly uses and disposes of chemicals when conducting area cleaning.
- Maintains equipment and supplies in an orderly manner in accordance with instructions.
- Cleans and details restrooms including sweeping and mopping floors, cleaning urinals and toilets, wiping down walls and mirrors carpets with proper chemicals, and vacuuming.
- Vacuums carpets, carpet mats, dusts shelves and cabinets, wipes down walls, baseboards, and cleans windows and mirrors as necessary.
- Provides detail cleaning of the public areas, brass, carpet corners, slot chair bases, table game bases, gum removal and other detail work as assigned.
- Maintains equipment and supplies in an orderly manner as instructed by Supervisor.
- Removes trash from assigned areas.
- Reports maintenance needs to the Supervisor.
- Reports emergency repairs or situations to Supervisor and / or Security immediately.
- Reports any suspicious activity.
- Provides directions, answers questions and offers quality guest service to both our internal and external guests.

Qualifications :
