The Patient Access Representative I is responsible for starting the Solis relationship, gathering information, scheduling appointments and functioning as the first point of contact for the patient and referring physicians.

This position is critical to Solis Mammography; the Patient Access Representative I functions as the liaison between the patient and the center by providing efficient, empathetic excellent service which impacts the profitability of the organization.

SCHEDULE

Great Hours Shifts will fall between 7 : 00 am 7 : 00 pm Monday through Friday with rotating Saturdays and will be confirmed at time of offer.

  • Maintains productivity, ensures minimal downtime.

SKILLS / QUALIFICATIONS :

  • Performs and documents quality control activities, including monthly medication storage area inspections, and completes information on all required log sheets.

Outpatient Pharmacy

  • Assists in triaging and filling prescriptions while maintaining productivity standards.
