Call Center Representative
The Primary Care team is seeking an energetic and reliable professionals to join us as Call Center Representative. The successful candidates will be responsible for answering incoming customer calls, utilizing company policies to solve customer issues and directing calls as needed.
Our Call Center Representatives are often the first point of contact for customers so we are interested in hiring individuals with a commitment to customer satisfaction and an ability to make quick and accurate decisions.
Pays : $18.00 / hourKEY ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS : · Utilize effective communication and customer service skills· Accept and screen incoming and outgoing calls, maintain accurate messages and disseminates appropriately· Act as a liaison for the patients and the Health Center and direct calls to other departments as needed· Register patients in NextGen, obtain / verify demographics, insurance, and other pertinent information from the patients· Schedule, reschedule and cancel appointments for patients in NextGen.
- Follow-up on the missed / cancelled appointments, confirm upcoming appointments via telephone / written correspondence· Maintain records appropriate to operations and maintain privacy of information in the patient's charts and / or records· Meet or exceed Call Center metrics / goals.
- Provide back-up support to other unit clerks.· Maintain a clean and safe waiting area· Attend all staff and organizational meetings as requested· Maintain compliance with all organizational policies and procedures· Perform other appropriate duties as requested by supervisorREQUIREMENTS : · High School Diploma required.
- Associates Degree in Social Services, Human Services, or Public Health preferred.· One year of experience in customer service and / or related clinical environment;
working knowledge of medical terminology.· Basic computer skills for word processing and spreadsheet use.· Good communication skills.
Ability to handle a high volume of calls.· Ability to work in a culturally diverse environment.· Bilingual - Spanish strongly preferred.

Call Center Agent
The Call Center Agent is a key position within our Warranty Team. As a Call Center Agent, you will be the voice of our organization and of our clients.
But, more than that, you’ll also be a voice of compassion and care. Acting as the customer’s primary point of contact, you’ll listen, solve problems, answer questions and work with them to find a resolution.
The schedule for this position is 4PM-12AM EST, 5 days a week (Can include weekends) with a start date of August 21st, 2023.
What will be my duties and responsibilities in this job?
- Provide superior service to our customers by listening, analyzing problems, and resolving issues
- Provide service to customers through chat, as well as phone
- Use your expertise to proactively make recommendations that will help customers avoid future issues
- We are an environment that fosters growth and enables you to learn new aspects about our business, systems, policies and most importantly how to effectively engage and resolve customer challenges
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends. You will also be required to virtually attend 2-4 weeks of training, Monday through Friday
- Service center is open 24 hours a day, 365 days a year

Pay Range :
$29,200.00 - $48,200.00
Any posted pay range considers a wide range of compensation factors, including candidate background, experience and work location, while also allowing for salary growth within the position.
