• The Business Analyst will analyze, evaluate, and provide insights on financial asset classes such as Options, Futures, Equity, Commodity and Fixed Income
• Understand market trends, Options pricing models and Quantitative models
• Build complex financial models and index calculation methodologies using Excel and Python
• Coordinate with stakeholders and clients to gather business requirements
• Create business requirement documents for the technology team
• The Business Analyst will coordinate UAT and application release cycles
• 10+ years of experience as Sr. Business Analyst in financial markets
• Excellent written and verbal communication as role interacts with shareholders
• Python experience is required for the job, but this is not a developer position
• Advanced Excel skill set required for building complex financial models and index calculation methodologies
• Good understanding of Agile Process and executing scrum master responsibilities
• Good understanding of statistics, mathematical models, trading strategies, and algorithms

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role.

Qualifications

Desired Qualifications :

• BA / BS degree required, preferably in a quantitative field of study
• 1-3 years of professional experience in media, research, advertising, technology or financial services
• SQL superuser; SAS, SPSS, Zeppelin or other data mining package experience a plus
• Experience in deploying modern BI / data visualization tools such as Tableau or Microstrategy to a business audience
• TV and / or digital campaign reporting / analysis experience
• Ability to effectively present data and translate technical terminology into consumable information for clients

• Candidate will serve as a cross-program role to ensure quality of the deliverables within their areas of expertise and drives innovation and strategic solutions within global, mission-critical, large-scale programs.

Manages the functional scope of project, objectives, constraints and assumptions for a large, strategic, multi-year program and will also provide guidance in development of the technical design, test plans, and user documentation.
