The Business Analyst will provide technical application support for our utility client and will be required to coordinate system requirements with technical resources, project managers, and customers at various levels.
Responsibilities will include analysis, change management, coordinating and tracking of information on high visibility and tightly scheduled large projects with customers and deadlines.
The candidate will also be required to develop solutions that require depth of technical knowledge and understand through discussions with the technical team.

- Gathering key requirements from stakeholders and producing useful reports and analysis
- Facilitating meetings and presenting reports, analysis, or findings

- Documenting, implementing, and maintaining standard operating procedures
- Validating solutions meet business needs and requirements
- Writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and participating in user acceptance testing
- Develop a thorough understanding of business processes, best practices, and available supporting technology & documentation.

- Ability to explain technical solutions, practices, and procedures to technical resources, project managers, and customers at various levels through excellent written and oral communication skills

- Experience using Visio

The Data Platforms & Strategy team at NBCU is in the business of leveraging vast amounts of consumer and viewership data to change how traditional (linear) TV and digital advertising impressions are packaged, sold, planned, delivered, optimized and measured for clients.

Qualifications

- SQL superuser; SAS, SPSS, Zeppelin or other data mining package experience a plus
- Experience in deploying modern BI / data visualization tools such as Tableau or Microstrategy to a business audience
- TV and / or digital campaign reporting / analysis experience
- Ability to effectively present data and translate technical terminology into consumable information for clients

- Candidate will provide techno functional leadership in Merchant Service provider business domain to bring in WorldPay as the MSP instead of Chase Paymentech.
- Candidate will serve as a cross-program role to ensure quality of the deliverables within their areas of expertise and drives innovation and strategic solutions within global, mission-critical, large-scale programs.
Manages the functional scope of project, objectives, constraints and assumptions for a large, strategic, multi-year program and will also provide guidance in development of the technical design, test plans, and user documentation.
Candidate will lead implementation / conversion strategy planning and implementation and will manage scope and change throughout the initiative utilizing formal change control and requirements traceability.
This Business Analyst will be responsible for :
- Eliciting, challenging, and prioritizing requirements
