The BA will be part of the Solutions Team, which is an integral part of the larger, global Professional Services team. The PS team is comprised team members of varying roles and skillsets located throughout North America, Latin America and EMEA.
The BA will work closely with Engagement Manager, Solution Architects, and Development to design and implement solutions based on our product offerings, with a focus on the creation of custom applications and integration points based the Intralinks APIs.

Pre-sales responsibilities
Proactively identify new service opportunities / needs through direct client interaction, and work closely with the cross functional teams to assemble solutions to meet the client needs
Assist with growing a services bookings and revenue to enable Intralinks new business software revenue growth and expand existing customer relationships, supporting the sales team.

Implementation responsibilities :
Lead / participate in client requirement gathering sessions to define and understand the overall client use case, requirements, infrastructure, pain points and existing systems
Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, abstract up from low-level information to a general understanding, and distinguish user requests from the underlying true needs.
Develop and build-out the following artifacts as needed : Functional Requirements Document, Business Requirements Document, Use Cases / Workflow Documents, Screen and Interface designs, UI Designs, UAT Test scripts
Present to internal team the overall requirements to drive towards the buildout of a viable solution
Present to clients the overall requirements for acceptance, and the overall solution approach for buy-in and to aid the client with User Acceptance Testing of solutions
Drive and challenge business units on their assumptions of how they will successfully execute their plans
Serves as the conduit between the customer community (internal and external customers) and the Solution Development team through which requirements flow.
Collaborate with Solutions Architect and subject matter experts to establish the technical vision and analyze tradeoffs between usability and performance needs.
Collaborate with the Solution Architects and Developers on the design / execution of the end-to-end testing scripts and scenarios
What You Will Bring :
Education : BS / BA degree or equivalent in relevant field
Experience : 4+ years of business analyst experience with a software solution provider. 3 years working within enterprise solutions.
Technology :
Expert in the use of Microsoft Office Suite (Visio and PPT a must), MS Project a plus
Experience with JIRA / Confluence a plus
Experience with wireframe apps such as Figma and Sketch
Experience with SaaS architecture and technologies, API-based solutions, Custom Development, System Integrations a must
Experience with Salesforce.com and SharePoint a plus.
