Summary :

Work with the Food Servers to ensure guests have all food and beverage items needed, tables are kept clean and well-maintained in a timely manner, and follow pre-determined service standards to ensure a positive guest dining experience at a level consistent with an upbeat tavern environment.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities :

• Greet the guest with a smile in an upbeat and positive manner
• Maintain a general knowledge of menu items and beverages offered
• Clear tables as soon as appropriate and sweeps floor underneath and around tables as needed
• Transport dirty tableware to the dishwashing area immediately
• Replace silverware as needed
• Set tables according to the standards of the outlet
• Polish glassware and silverware
• Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation and organization of assigned work areas
• Maintain complete knowledge and complies with all Departmental policies, procedures and service standards
• Assist in running of food when needed
• Provide outstanding guest service in a timely manner to both guests and fellow team members that meets the company’s guest service culture standards
• Perform other duties as assigned

The successful candidate will play a key role in contributing to our customer satisfaction and acquisition goals.

Responsibilities :

Welcoming customers, answering their questions, helping them locate items,
