JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Ensures bar is set up with appropriate levels of liquor, juices, crushes, additives, soda, etc.

Ensures that the bar, glasses and cutlery is clean and sanitizedEnsures guests are of legal age to consume alcoholPrepares drink orders according to bar standards and guest preferencesPresents bar bill and takes paymentEnsures guests are engaged and satisfiedMonitors guests for overconsumption of alcohol and takes steps as necessaryLocks up and store all beverage, food and other equipment items, deposits cash drops and secures bank.

Primary Purpose :

The primary purpose of the Banquet Bartender is to provide guests with an excellent bar experience during banquet events.

formed :

The Banquet Bartender will be tasked with the following duties, responsibilities, and assignments :

• Mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages while following standard recipes to ensure established control systems are followed ;
• Promote food and beverage sales;
• Provide exceptional service to guests by promptly welcoming and courteously serving guests ;
• Perform side duties such as cleaning, garnish preparation, miscellaneous preparation, stocking, etc ;
• Ensure all alcohol is removed from counters and tables prior to closing time, complete closing duties ;
• Ensure cleanliness of the bar ;
• Comply with all liquor laws, health regulations, and company policies ;
• Follow all company safety and security policies and procedures, including reporting accidents, injuries and unsafe work conditions to management ; and
• Any and all other work as required to complete the primary purpose of the position.

Actual compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years & depth of experience, certifications and specific office location.

This may differ in other locations due to cost of labor considerations.

Centro is looking for an experienced bartenders to make exciting drinks for all of our guests while providing a memorable experience for full time or part time shifts.

Previous bartending experience for at least 1 year in a high volume setting is necessary.
