The Opportunity
Delaware North Travel and Hospitality is hiring a full-time Bartender to join our team at Tulsa Airport in Tulsa, Oklahoma .
As a Bartender, you will serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests responsibly while always providing an excellent guest experience.
Please note this is a tipped position, the hourly minimum pay listed doesn’t include any potential tipped earnings.
Minimum pay rate : $3.93 / hour

Responsibilities
Receive drink orders from guests or servers, mix and serve alcohol and non-alcohol drinks for guests following standard recipes and using company standardized proportions;
serve wine and bottled beer or draw draught beer.
- Serve alcoholic beverages responsibly, request identification, and adhere to all unit and company alcohol service policies and procedures.
- Enter drink orders into the cash register, collect payment from guests for drinks served, and make correct change.
- Complete sales and inventory reporting accurately.
- Maintain bar stock by ordering or requisitioning liquors, beverages, condiments, and supplies.
- Clean and store bar equipment and bar stock.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Minimum of two years of front-of-house experience in a high-volume bar or restaurant.
- Experience in cash handling and credit card processing.
- Previous experience using a computerized POS system.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to remain standing for the entire length of shift.
- Constant walking, bending, reaching, and repetitive motions.
- Ability to lift stock up to 50 pounds occasionally.
- Exposure to moderate to high environmental noise levels during busy times.

Job Responsibilities
- Writes and prices employee and guest checks and / or point of sale equipment per company policies.
- Performs opening and closing duties, as well as cleaning duties.
- Stocks all bar products and assists with bar inventory.
- Produces most bar items to include both alcohol and non-alcoholic beverages.

Primary Purpose :
The primary purpose of the Bartender is to provide guests with an excellent food and beverage experience.
Work Performed :
The Bartender will be tasked with the following duties, responsibilities, and assignments :
- Provid e exceptional service to guests by promptly welcoming and courteously serving guests;
- Dispens e alcoholic beverages and control service to ensure accordance with liquor laws and company policies and regulations;

Qualifications :
- Six (6) months of previous bartending experience
- Prior food handling experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Food Safety Trainingcertifiedor become certified within first 60 days of employment
- Alcohol Awareness certifiedor become certified within first 60 days of employment
- Previous experience with Micros operating system
- A ble to lift a minimum of 50lbs occasionally
- Able to lift 10 lbs. regularly
- Able to bend and squat repeatedly
- Able to walk and stand for duration of scheduled shift
- Meet state minimum age requirement to serve alcoholic beverages

SUMMARY
Responsible for providing beverage service to all guests in an efficient, courteous and professional manner displaying a high standard of customer service.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES
Provides constant, attentive and exceptional service to casino guests while serving beverages.
Assists Cocktail servers in an even rotation to maintain guest satisfaction.
Completes all side work in a timely and satisfactory manner to insure a clean, neat work area that is adequately stocked at all times.
Assist all guests as needed.
Stays informed and up-to-date with all daily changes in menus, pricing, special events, and promotions.
Must comply with all Oklahoma State liquor laws and MNGE Community Alcoholic Beverage Ordinance.
Reacts to change productively and handles other essential tasks as assigned.
Handles cash and credit card transactions efficiently.
