Your role is to deliver exceptional guest service in the bar area and is key to our restaurants success as you contribute to delivering a perfectly crafted experience to our guests!

As a bartender, you must be friendly, outgoing, and possess good communication skills. A guest’s dinner and / or bar experience should be equally enjoyable and you play a major role in the overall picture.

Major Responsibilities :

• Pass TIPs / ABC Alcohol test with a score of 70% or better.
• Monitor and control alcohol consumption from our guests to ensure guest safety.
• Communicate and attend to our guests in a timely manner.
• Work with others in order to keep all areas clean and stocked to company standards at all times.

Essential Physical Requirements :

Our Bartenders are core team members of the scratch kitchen restaurant. All Team Members must demonstrate customer service expertise by providing an individualized, exceptional guest experience.

Job Responsibilities :

• Delivers amazing hospitality experience to guests anticipating, delivering, and exceeding guests’ expectations.
• Make and execute our alcoholic beverage recipes, including garnishes.
