ESSENTIAL DUTIES
- Prepares and sells coffee drinks by following prescribed recipes and preparation techniques.
- Influences customer flow for good service while fulfilling guests' requests.
- Maintains inventories by replenishing coffee bean supply; stocking coffee brewing equipment; maintaining supplies, pastries, snacks and cookies for coffee bar.
- Keeps equipment operating by following operating instructions; troubleshooting breakdowns; maintaining supplies; performing preventive maintenance; calling for repairs.
- Maintains safe and healthy work environment by following organization standards and sanitation regulations.
- Operates a POS system, records and accounts for items sold, and issues a receipt for each transaction.
- Performs additional duties and responsibilities as directed by the leadership team.

Customer Service Duties & Responsibilities Include
- Greet and interact with all customers providing everyone with an excellent experience in our stores.
- Maintain a postitive demeanor in a busy environment where multi-tasking, cleaning, and effective communication are requirements.
- Prepare batch brew and pour over coffee according to our standards of quality.
- Maintain coffee knowledge on current offerings and confidently and accurately communicate product information to customers.

Job Summary :
Intazza is looking to hire a part-time barista with 1-3 years of experience in the trade. Primary responsibilities include creating Intazza Coffee recipes with a traditional espresso machine while following the company’s vision.
Customer service is key in this position at all times. Displaying great attributes of respect is very important. Overall, we are looking for a people person who is capable of managing restaurant speed and quality.

- Ability to stand, walk, bend, twist and kneel for duration of shift
- Possess a valid Food Handler’s Card or obtain one during training upon hire as required by law
