JOB DESCRIPTION
Experience : Minimum of 3 years of experience in a comparable position. Professional appearance, (No headphones, hats, or loose pants), excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Role & Responsibilities :
Prepare coffee bar and keep it well stocked with ice, mixers, condiments, napkins, straws, glassware, and utensils.
Protect establishment and patrons by adhering to sanitation, safety and organization
Prepare and sell coffee drinks by following recipes and preparation techniques for coffee drinks
Create a positive guest experience by guiding guests through the menu, recommending drinks, etc.
Maintain a thorough understanding of all menu items and is able to answer questions regarding drink items and their preparation
