Job Summary :

Responsible for basic prep work behind the bar, including such tasks as refilling ice bins, restocking liquor, replacing kegs, cutting garnishes, and clearing away and washing empty glasses.

Assists bartenders to maintain service level standards. Assures that the lounge, bar and bar storage areas are organized, stocked, clean and efficient.

Qualifications :

  • Previous experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry preferred.
  • Basic understanding of beer, wine, spirits and sake preferred.
  • Must be certified in Responsible Alcohol Service by applicable agency.
  • Where applicable, holds a state and / or local food handlers card.
  • Ability to walk, sit and stand for long periods of time.
  • Must be 18 years of age or older or in accordance of state law.
  • High School diploma or GED preferred. Equivalent combination of education / experience will be considered.
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States.
  • Must be able to work different shifts, including holidays, nights and weekends. Must be able to work overtime as required.
