The Group Manager I will provide overall direction and leadership for the assigned work program across all phases of the project lifecycle.
This position is responsible for providing strategic direction, operational excellence, financial management, team leadership and relationship management with all stakeholders, driving the contracting and business development and comprehensive risk management in order to meet or exceed all contractual and financial targets.
All activities will be performed in support of the strategy, vision and values of JE Dunn.

Leads contract review and negotiation to obtain preferred terms and conditions, mitigate risk and secure maximum margin and revenue.
Risk Management : Serves as escalation point for all project, financial, business development, contractual and client relationship risks for the work program relative to contractual obligations.
Resolves escalated project, staffing, financial, schedule, contractual, subcontractor and client relationship issues throughout project lifecycle.
Negotiates issue resolution including change orders, contingency expenditures and appropriate fee enhancements. Conducts project risk assessments and escalates various risks to supervisor to provide visibility, mitigate risk and create appropriate solutions.
Subcontractor Strategy : Builds close relationships with the subcontractor community to develop long-term partners. Drives the selection process of qualified subcontractors to achieve targeted project results.
Develops and executes overall subcontractor strategy for work program success.
- Preconstruction : Participates in preconstruction discussions with clients at a leadership level. Leads internal team and collaborates with external partners to develop contractual obligations, such as estimates, schedules, staffing plan and business plan.
- Project Schedule : Oversees and assesses all components of project review throughout the lifecycle of the project to ensure contractual obligations are met and to hold team members accountable to all expectations.
- Resource Management : Ensures staffing levels are sufficient, relative to contractual commitments, schedules, and constraints.
Plans and adapts resource management as needed to ensure proper staffing levels and results.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES / DUTIES
- Responsible for safe operation of the G450 aircraft.
- Responsible for conducting flights in a safe and prudent manner in accordance with, but not limited to the following items : Reviewing the maintenance status of the aircraft.
The conduct of a proper pre-flight inspection in accordance with the approved Aircraft Flight Manual. A complete check of weather and facilities along the route to be flown and airports to be used, including alternate airports.
Ensure the flight is conducted in accordance with the policies and procedures of Solairus Aviation and applicable Federal Aviation Regulations.
Ensure the safety of all passengers, aircraft and crew.Accurate completion of all trip paperwork in accordance with current procedures.

A&P Mechanics
Summary :
Maintenance Technicians are FAA certified Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) who perform direct maintenance in accordance with Allegiant Air Continuous Aircraft Maintenance Program (CAMP).
Duties & Responsibilities :
- Technicians working on aircraft, components or related parts of aircraft are responsible to perform work outlined on applicable work forms in accordance with airlines policies and procedures, manufacturer’s manuals and FAA requirements.
- Overhaul, maintenance, and repair of airframe components, power plants, aircraft communication, navigation equipment, and associated components in accordance with airlines manuals, manufacturer’s manuals, bulletins, and orders.
- Ensure that the appropriate tag is attached to all parts removed from an aircraft in accordance with Airlines policy.
- The Technician, in performing his or her duties is required to be constantly alert for defective, worn or failed parts as well as safe working conditions.
- Proper execution of an Airworthiness Release. Responsible to sign for the accomplishment of work on applicable work forms and records.
- A Technician, when qualified, may be required to perform the duties of Inspector in accordance with the Inspector job classification as described in the manual.
- Responsible to keep the work area in a clean, safe and orderly manner.
- Will be assigned to such housekeeping duties as policing his or her work and / or repair area as well as maintenance of company property.

Qualifications :

Technician - Aviation
Position Overview
The primary responsibility of the Aviation Technician is to ensure that timely and appropriate maintenance is provided for the assigned aircraft, to ensure safe operations and compliance with all FAA and aviation industry requirements.
This includes all manufacturer-mandated repairs, as well as calendar and hourly maintenance needs. Ability to keep aircraft and work areas at the highest standards possible.

Senior Joint Electromagnetic Spectrum Operations Naval Aviation Analyst
Specific Duties
In this position, you will be responsible for :
- Developing detailed mission analysis and integrating resources to determine capabilities to meet the JCER mission;
- Making recommendations to service or joint tactics, weapon schools, or publications based on findings of JCER evaluations;
- Analyzing threat data and controlling receipt and dissemination of foreign intelligence information;
- Evaluating emerging EMSO threats in order to present findings, conclusions, and recommendations based on evaluation results;
- Conducting tactical, operational, and strategic level research concerning the impact of existing and emerging EMSO threats to joint operations;
Qualifications :
- Twelve (12) plus years of Operational level experience with preference to candidates with higher level broadening assignments such as Joint, CCMD and Service level staff;
- Understanding of current service capabilities to include communication / tactical data links and tactics with knowledge of vulnerabilities in the presence of threat EMSO
- Experience conducting studies, performing research, reporting, and making recommendations concerning instrumentation and evaluation resources necessary to execute risk reduction and evaluation events ensuring the coordination of communications, logistics, materiel, data collection and personnel training, issue and alternative definitions, and personnel requirements for each designated activity;
Desired Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree or higher with more than fifteen (15) years in Naval Aviation desired
- Preferably expertise specializing in fighter / attack combat aircraft; however, experience in other armed aviation platforms is acceptable;
- Preferably experience working with partnering agencies that share interests in support of data collection, reduction, or JEMSO operations in conjunction with JCER evaluations;
- Training and certification as a PMP are highly recommended for individuals lacking requisite military leadership experience.
