Key Responsibilities

  • Assist passengers with check-ins, verification, gate information, baggage claims, and any other passenger issues in the airport

Qualifications :

  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in IT system administration, infrastructure management, and technical support roles, with a focus on complex enterprise environments.
  • Expertise in managing and supporting Windows and / or Linux server environments, virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V), network infrastructure (routers, switches, firewalls), and storage systems.

  • 5 years of experience with SITA Com-Net Multi User Flight Information Display System (MUFIDS), SITA Common Use Passenger Processing (CUPPS), SITA Common Use Self-Service (CUSS), SITA Resource Management System (RMS), SITA Automated Passport Control (APC), lED Paging System, GCR Airport IQ Operations Centers.
  • Exceptional analytical and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to identify root causes and implement effective solutions to complex technical issues.
  • Deep understanding of IT security principles, best practices, and frameworks. Experience implementing and managing security controls, conducting risk assessments, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA).

What We're Looking For :

  • Education : An industry related bachelor's degree is required. An equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.

Lean principles experience is desirable. OSHA 30 preferred, or the willingness to obtain upon hire.

  • Technology : Proficiency in basic computer software programs such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. Employee should have solid experience with project management / scheduling software (JDE, Procore, Bluebeam, scheduling software, etc.).
