We are currently accepting applications for an Project Executive to travel with our Aviation Business Unit.
The Project Executive is responsible for the overall success of assigned projects by overseeing the construction operations while providing leadership and management direction.
This role develops project team members, identifies continuous improvement opportunities and assists with the creation of a business unit strategic growth plan and budget.
The Project Executive typically reports to the Director of Operations or Business Unit Leader.
What You'll Do :
- Establish and maintain high level relationships
- Manage multiple Project Managers and project teams
- Plan, organize and staff key positions
- Manage and support proposal creation and the development of client presentations
- Maintain a strong network of industry related contacts for the purpose of expanding business opportunities
- Manage financial aspects of contracts to protect company’s interest and maintain good relationship with Client.
- Monitor and control construction through administrative direction of on-site field management staff to ensure project is built on schedule and within budget;
investigate potentially serious situations and implement corrective measures.
- Provide leadership and direction to preconstruction teams in analyzing value to the customer, opportunities and risk.
- Lead business in safety awareness, education and prevention efforts.
- Other duties and projects as assigned
What We're Looking For :
- Education : An industry related bachelor's degree is required. An equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
- Experience : A minimum of thirteen (13) years of construction project management experience is required, including successful leadership of a team.
Lean principles experience is desirable. OSHA 30 preferred, or the willingness to obtain upon hire.
- Technology : Proficiency in basic computer software programs such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. Employee should have solid experience with project management / scheduling software (JDE, Procore, Bluebeam, scheduling software, etc.).
- Skills : A qualified candidate will demonstrate firm judgment and communication skills while exhibiting leadership, business acumen, mentoring and decision making abilities.
This role should also effectively resolve conflicts, network with clients and have a high degree of self-motivation.

As a member of the Menzies Aviation Passenger Service Team you will be responsible for checking in passengers for flights at the ticket counter and gates;
as well as verifying passenger documentation, assigning seats, providing gate information, checking baggage, and assisting passengers with their issues in the airport.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist passengers with check-ins, verification, gate information, baggage claims, and any other passenger issues in the airport
- Interpret identification labels along with baggage and cargo routing tags
- Host self-service kiosks
- Ensure that all work areas are organized

Senior IT System Specialist (Aviation Information Systems)
Responsibilities :
- Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer systems, servers, network devices, and software applications to ensure optimal performance, security, and availability.
- Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues related to hardware, software, and network infrastructure, providing timely and effective solutions.

On-call Army Aviation SME (Pilot)
JOB DESCRIPTION
On-call Army Aviation SMEs will travel to Orlando, FL, or other sites as needed to assist in the development, training, and test procedures in accordance with contractual government requirements to support product accreditation.
SMEs will confer with management and staff to coordinate technical training and instruction to determine training objectives and ensure USG requirements are being met by applying knowledge of aircraft electrical systems, instrumentation, mechanics, hydraulics, pneumatics, flight controls, operations / flight characteristics and all other aircraft systems and sub-systems, in accordance with all applicable technical manuals and documentation.

Supervisor-Cabin Cleaning Services is responsible for the direct oversight of front-line employees in his or her respective line of service.
The employee is further responsible for ensuring that productivity levels and customer service requirements are being met and that front-line employees are complying with all safety, quality, and compliance standards established by the Company, our Clients, and regulatory authorities.
Specific Duties / Essential Job Functions :
- Achieve operational performance and functional service activities.
