As a Delivery Buyer you will be responsible for managing mass production part ordering. Delivering through effective planning, communication, and supplier interface.
Apply technical and problem-solving skills to prevent impact to operations and support achievement of department targets.

- Thorough understanding and accurate maintenance of process related systems.
- Establish and maintain communication networks with supply base to promote positive relationship focused on delivery performance
- Identify, evaluate, and escalate critical issues to management to ensure appropriate allocation of resources in a timely manner.
- Continually develop communication networks, both external and internal, to ensure operational success and department awareness
- Collaborate with departments project leaders to support all specified Mass Production (Site Delivery Frame) department projects to meet Key Performance Indicators (KPI) targets
- Collaboration with other departments / experts for development or improvement of characteristics to reduce impact to the department(s)
- Understand and manage New Model and Mass Production design change activity to ensure quality and minimize Production impact and cost
- Maintain reporting and Gemba activity for root cause analysis / countermeasure implementation to solve complex problems
- Strive for continuous improvement through cycling Plan Do Check Action (PDCA) for area of responsibility to ensure associate success
- Develop capability of self, colleagues, and team through training, mentoring, and sharing of experiences in the area of technical expertise and understanding for succession planning and team growth
- Support company vision through Business Plan, Marutoku, and other department initiatives in areas of knowledge and technical expertise

- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chain Management or equivalent related experience
- 4 years’ experience if no degree in related field

- Knowledge of basic inventory management and manufacturing workflow

- Ability to prioritize tasks and work with limited direction.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex problems in a team-based work environment.

QUALIFICATIONS

Operate all equipment.
Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, walk-in cooler.
Prepare product.
Receive and process telephone orders.

WORK CONDITIONS

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS including, but not limited to the following :
Standing
Most tasks are performed from a standing position.
Walking
For short distances for short durations.
Surfaces include ceramic tile bricks with linoleum in some food process areas. Height of work surfaces is between 36 and 48.
Sitting
Paperwork is normally completed in an office at a desk or table.
Lifting
Bulk product deliveries are made twice a week or more and are unloaded by the team member using a hand truck.
Deliveries may include cases of ingredients and supplies weighing up to 50 pounds with dimensions of up to 3' x 1.5'.
Cases are usually lifted from floor and stacked onto shelves up to 72 high.
Carrying
Large cans, weighing 3 pounds, 7 ounces, are carried from the workstation to storage shelves.
Occasionally, pizza sauce weighing 30 pounds is carried from the storage room to the front of the store.
Trays of pizza dough are carried three at a time over short distances, and weigh approximately 12 pounds per tray.
Pushing
To move trays which are placed on dollies. A stack of trays on a dolly is approximately 24- 30 and requires a force of up to 7.5 pounds to push.
Trays may also be pulled.
Climbing
Team members must infrequently navigate stairs or climb a ladder to change prices on signs, wash walls, perform maintenance.

The Service Technician is a driving position responsible for the delivery, set up, pick up and troubleshooting of Durable Medical Equipment.
Job Duties
- Deliver and install Medical Equipment in a safe and timely manner.
- Safe operation of a company-owned 16’ Box Truck.
- Instructing patients, family members, and caregivers on equipment functions while maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Minor repair and equipment troubleshooting while in the field.
- Thorough and accurate completion of all orders on a proprietary web-based inventory management system.
Job Requirements
- High School Degree or G.E.D.
- 1+ years of Delivery and / or Healthcare experience preferred.
- Ability to lift an average of 50 pounds and perform strenuous work.
- Basic phone / computer skills.
- Ability to receive and maintain a DOT Medical Examiner’s Card.
- All candidates must possess a clean driving record and criminal background. Candidates will also be subject to a drug screen to be considered for the position.
Shift Information
New Service Technicians are initially assigned to a late afternoon / early evening shift and participate in the company’s on-call rotation.

Schedule is Monday-Friday 6 : 30am-3 : 00pm (with possible required overtime)(hrs can be subject to change).
Working under the supervision of the Warehouse Manager, the person filling this position is expected to do the following :
- Operate Company-Owned and leased box trucks (24 ft) and flatbed (straight) trucks (up to 26 ft) (Non-CDL) to facilitate the delivery of Plumbing & HVAC supplies, materials and any other related products according to customer delivery specifications.
- Operates all material handling equipment required to load truck and deliver product.
- Checks and verifies product shipping count for delivery.
- Performs all duties to ensure that all appropriate safety and security standards are followed.
- Maintains and protects all property entrusted to driver in excellent condition.
- Provides outstanding customer service during all shipping related operations.
